LIVROS DIDÁTICOS DE HISTÓRIA DO CEARÁ NA TRANSIÇÃO DO SÉCULO XX PARA O XXI: O PATRIMÔNIO CULTURAL CEARENSE EM PERSPECTIVA

A presente pesquisa vincula-se à linha de Ensino e Linguagens do Mestrado Interdisciplinar em História e Letras – MIHL, da Universidade Estadual do Ceará – UECE. O tema principal da pesquisa é a análise de quatro livros didáticos de História do Ceará, sendo eles: Construindo o Ceará (1992), Ceará: História e Geografia para a construção da cidadania (1998), Construindo o Ceará: História (2010) e Ceará: nossa história (2011). O objetivo central é apresentar como os livros didáticos abordam os patrimônios culturais cearenses. Nos atentamos para o fato de como os patrimônios culturais são apresentados pelos autores em diferentes obras de diferentes datas, e como a escolha de tais bens apresentam a identidade cultural cearense para os estudantes da rede pública de ensino do estado do Ceará. A categoria do patrimônio cultural se apresenta na pesquisa em duas categorias: os bens patrimoniais materiais e imateriais. A pesquisa foi baseada em uma análise qualitativa, e foi feita a partir dos textos, atividades e imagens apresentados nos livros didáticos, além da legislação que visa proteger os bens culturais brasileiros. Os principais autores com os quais dialogamos foram: Bittencourt (1998), Londres (2012) e Choppin (2004), outra boa parte da bibliografia ficou a cargo da legislação brasileira presente na Constituição Federal e do IPHAN. Depois da análise de como os bens escolhidos estavam dispostos e apresentados, fizemos sugestões de melhorias para o melhor desenvolvimento dos trabalhos exercidos pelos professores, no campo da educação para o patrimônio, ou educação patrimonial, que é abrangida pelo tema transversal da pluralidade cultural durante o ensino básico. Abstract:
The following research is linked to the line of Teaching and Languages from the interdisciplinary master’s program in History and Languages – MIHL, from the State University of Ceará – UECE. The underlying theme of this research is the analysis of four didactic history books from Ceará, them being: Construindo o Ceará (1992), Ceará: História e Geografia para a contrução da cidadania (1998), Construindo o Ceará: História (2010) and Ceará: nossa história (2011). We paid attention to how Ceará’s cultural heritage is presented by the authors in different works from different dates, and how the choice of such assets present the cultural identity from Ceará to students from public schools from the state of Ceará. The category of cultural heritage is presented in the following research in two categories: material and immaterial cultural assets. The analysis was done from texts, activities and images present in didactic books. The main authors with whom we talked were: Bittencourt (1998), Londres (2012) and Choppin (2004), another good part of the bibliography was in charge of the Brazilian legislation present in the Federal Constitution and IPHAN. After the analysis of how the chosen assets had been available and displayed, we made suggestions on how to improve the development of the work exerted by teachers in the fields of education for the patrimony or patrimonial education, which is enveloped by the transversal theme of cultural plurality during middle school.
