FORMAÇÃO E CONSTRUÇÃO DA IDENTIDADE DOS DIRETORES ESCOLARES: UMA BREVE REVISÃO SOBRE O TEMA

Resumo:
Este artigo tem por objetivo apresentar um breve levantamento acerca da identidade do diretor escolar, com pontuações históricas da gestão escolar no Brasil, a fim de demonstrar suas transformações de acordo com os contextos diferentes. Pretende-se ainda apresentar uma análise das questões fundamentais no trajeto da gestão escolar e os novos desafios a ela implicados, em virtude das novas demandas que a escola enfrenta no contexto de uma sociedade em constante transformação. Numa época em que a educação mundial passa por grandes e aceleradas mudanças, são exigidas novas posturas e formações adequadas dos profissionais que nela atua. Diante disso, o papel do gestor escolar é fundamental, e dele são exigidos novos conhecimentos, atenções e habilidades. Assim, ainda que a pesquisa se respalde em um estudo teórico-bibliográfico, busca entender por que, em muitos casos, o gestor não consegue transpor para a prática o que já está em seu discurso de investigar a origem histórica da função do diretor quanto a sua formação, identidade, atuação profissional e suas principais atribuições no espaço escolar.
Abstract:
This article aims to present a brief survey about the identity of the school director, returning to historical characteristics of school management in order to demonstrate its transformations according to the different contexts and times. Another objective is to present an analysis of the key issues in the context of school management and the new challenges it involved, because of the new demands that the school faces in the context of a democratic society in constant transformation. At a time when the world is going through major and rapid changes are required new positions and formations; before that, the role of school management is critical, and it is required new knowledge, attention and skills. Thus, although the research was corroborates in a theoretical and bibliographical study seeks to understand why, in many cases, the manager can not implement in practice what is already in his speech; investigate the historical origin of the director's role as their training and identity; understand the current specificity of professional practice and their main duties.
