UM ESTUDO SOBRE O USO DO SOFTWARE GEOGEBRA PARA O ENSINO DE MATEMÁTICA: UMA PROPOSTA DE SEQUÊNCIA DIDÁTICA PARA O CONTEÚDO DE FUNÇÃO QUADRÁTICA

Resumo:
Muito se tem discutido sobre o tema da tecnologia no contexto educacional. As pesquisas nessa temática levantam questões que vão ao encontro da necessidade de otimização das disciplinas escolares através do uso de ferramentas tecnológicas. Nesse sentido, este trabalho tem o objetivo de investigar o uso do software GeoGebra para o ensino do conceito de funções quadráticas. O trabalho foi realizado a partir de um estudo bibliográfico acerca de alguns softwares utilizados em contexto educacional, seguido da seleção de quatro deles. Após esta etapa, houve a experimentação dos softwares, para em seguida, fazermos a leitura da bibliografia que fundamentou o trabalho. Em seguida, elaboramos uma proposta de sequência didática para o ensino de funções quadráticas a partir do software GeoGebra. É importante destacar que essa proposta não faz distinção de aplicabilidade às escolas públicas ou privadas, podendo ser abordada em ambas, bem como moldada aos diferentes perfis de sala de aula. Ao final, conclui-se que o uso da tecnologia aliada ao ensino de matemática, especificamente de funções, amplia a gama de recursos didáticos em benefício tanto de professores como de alunos. Além disso, a proposta de sequência didática apresentada revelou-se bastante flexível, podendo ser aplicada a diversos perfis de alunos de Ensino Médio.

Abstract:
Much has been discussed on the subject of technology in the educational context. Research in this area raises questions that meet the need of optimizing school disciplines through the use of technological tools. In this sense, this work has the objective of investigating the use of the GeoGebra software to teach the concept of quadratic functions. The work was carried out from a bibliographic study about some softwares used in educational context, followed by the selection of four of them. After this stage, we have made some experiences with the softwares, and then we read the bibliography that founded the work. Next, we elaborate a proposal of a didactic sequence for the teaching of quadratic functions from GeoGebra software. It is important to emphasize that this proposal does not distinguish between applicability to public or private schools, it can be approached in both, as well as molded to the different profiles of the classroom. At the end, it is concluded that the use of technology combined with mathematics teaching, specifically functions, extends the range of teaching resources for the benefit of both teachers and students. In addition, the proposal of a didactic sequence presented was very flexible, being able to be applied to several profiles of students of High School.
