CONSTRUÇÃO E VALIDAÇÃO DE UM GUIA PARA ORGANIZAÇÃO DA REDE DE ATENÇÃO PSICOSSOCIAL DE AGUIAR-PB,

Resumo:
O Sistema Único de Saúde criado pela da Lei 8.080 de 19 de setembro de 1990 estabelece a saúde como direito do cidadão e dever do Estado. A Portaria de Nº 4279 de 30 de dezembro de 2010, instituiu diretrizes para organização das redes de atenção a saúde no âmbito do Sistema Único de Saúde. A literatura afirma que a ordenadora do cuidado para as redes de atenção à saúde é a atenção primária. Mas, embora a porta de entrada seja a atenção primária, denotam-se fragilidades, desconstrução de fluxos das redes e do acolhimento no aspecto da triagem, tornando-se necessário para a eficácia do cuidado, um instrumento educativo para resolubilidade da Rede de Atenção Psicossocial de um município. O objetivo dessa pesquisa foi elaborar e validar um guia para implantação do plano municipal da Rede de Atenção Psicossocial do Município de Aguiar-PB. É estudo metodológico, com abordagem qualitativa para compreensão das redes de atenção básica e psicossocial sobre a Rede de Atenção Psicossocial desde Município, a fim de gerar conhecimentos científicos para aplicação prática em termos econômicos e na melhoria da qualidade de vida. Os participantes da pesquisa foram 33 trabalhadores de saúde do Município de Aguiar que compõem a Estratégia Saúde da Família e o Centro de Atenção Psicossocial. A coleta das informações foi realizada pela roda de conversa com profissionais de nível médio e de nível superior, que responderam as questões norteadoras que foram gravadas, transcritas e registradas no diário de campo e em fotografias, pelo pesquisador. Análise dos resultados da roda de conversa, depoimentos, e observações foram avaliadas com o N. Vivo10 e ilustradas com as figuras dos nós críticos e organizadas conforme as três fases de análise categorial de Bardin (2010). As categorias da pesquisa empírica apontaram para o conhecimento e funcionamento da rede, (des)construção da rede no Município de Aguiar; interlocução da unidade de saúde com o Centro de Atenção Psicossocial, processo de implantação e o grau de efetividade da Rede de Atenção Psicossocial do Município de Aguiar. A elaboração do guia como produto para Rede de Atenção Psicossocial para nível superior versou sobre: a revisão integrativa da literatura sobre a resolubilidade, produção do cuidado; fluxos; apoio; integralidade do cuidado e print marketing, e sobre os resultados da pesquisa.

Abstract:
The Unified Health System created by Law 8.080 of September 19, 1990 establishes health as a right of the citizen and duty of the State. Ordinance No. 4279 of December 30, 2010, established guidelines for the organization of health care networks within the Unified Health System. The literature states that the care provider for health care networks is primary care. But, although the entrance door is primary care, there are weaknesses, deconstruction of network and host flows in the aspect of screening, making it necessary for efficacy of care, an educational instrument for resolubility of the Network of Psychosocial Attention of a municipality. The purpose of this research was to elaborate and validate a guide for the implantation of the municipal plan of the Network of Psychosocial Attention of the Municipality of Aguiar-PB. It is a methodological study with a qualitative approach to understanding basic and psychosocial care networks on the Psychosocial Care Network from the Municipality, in order to generate scientific knowledge for practical application in economic terms and in the improvement of the quality of life. The participants of the research were 33 health workers from the Municipality of Aguiar who make up the Family Health Strategy and the Center for Psychosocial Care. The information was collected through a conversation with professionals at the intermediate and higher level, who answered the guiding questions that were recorded, transcribed and recorded in the field diary and in photographs, by the researcher. Analysis of the results of the talk wheel, statements, and observations were evaluated with N. Vivo10 and illustrated with the figures of the critical nodes and organized according to the three phases of categorical analysis of Bardin (2010). The categories of empirical research pointed to the knowledge and functioning of the network, (de) construction of the network in the Municipality of Aguiar; interlocution of the health unit with the Psychosocial Care Center, implantation process and the degree of effectiveness of the Psychosocial Attention Network of the Municipality of Aguiar. The preparation of the guide as a product for Psychosocial Attention Network for higher level focused on: the integrative review of the literature on the resolubility, production of care; flows; support; completeness of care and print marketing, and the results of the research.
