O estudo foi desenvolvido em Fortaleza com os estudantes dos 8º, 9º anos e EJAs IV e V, bem como os professores da Escola Municipal de Ensino Fundamental Marieta Guedes Martins, tendo como objetivo desenvolver material didático, oficinas e palestras visando fornecer orientações aos alunos e professores, para serem multiplicadores de ações preventivas, estabelecendo uma cultura de prevenção e preparação para os desastres: incêndios, alagamentos e inundações. O corpo discente e docente da Escola, responderam um questionário abordando temas transversais tais como: Defesa Civil, Climatologia e Mudanças Climáticas, Educação Ambiental e Desenvolvimento Sustentável. Realizou-se um comparativo pluviométrico referente aos anos de 2014 a 2017 da normal climatológica e dos dados pluviométricos observados pela Funceme. Bem como os dados das Ocorrências de Incêndios, Alagamentos e Inundações atendidas pela Defesa Civil de Fortaleza nesse mesmo período. Analisou-se ainda os dados de incêndios de 2015 a 2016 atendidos pelo Corpo de Bombeiros Militar do Ceará. Comparou-se a eficácia dos ensaios do plugue T (Benjamin) realizados pelo Instituto Nacional de Metrologia, Qualidade e Tecnologia (Inmetro). Avaliou- se o estudo com os dados da Associação Brasileira de Conscientização para os Perigos da Eletricidade (Abracopel), sobre incêndios na rede elétrica que ocorreram no Brasil durante 2016 e 2017. Comentou-se o diagnóstico socioeconômico das famílias que moram as margens do Rio Maranguapinho realizado pela Secretaria das Cidades do Estado do Ceará. Identificou- se ainda pelo Brasil, as Coordenadorias Municipais de Proteção e Defesa Civil (COMPDECs) ou as Coordenadorias Estaduais de Proteção e Defesa Civil (CEDECs) que aplicam e desenvolvem o Projeto Defesa Civil nas Escolas. Pretende-se com esse estudo e através do produto da dissertação (folders e cartilhas) mostrar aos estudantes, professores e moradores de uma Comunidade de área de risco, que se eles tiverem preocupados com o seu bem estar, prevenidos e conscientes da situação de risco e de desastre quanto aos alagamentos, inundações e incêndios devido a utilização do plugue T (Benjamin). Diminuirão bastante, a médio e longo prazo, os dados das ocorrências atendidas pela Defesa Civil de Fortaleza e Corpo de Bombeiros Militar do Ceará.

The study was developed in Fortaleza with the students of the 8^th, 9^th grades and EJAs IV and V, as well as the teachers of the Elementary School Marieta Guedes Martins, with the objective of developing didactic material, workshops and lectures to provide guidance to students and teachers, to be multipliers of preventive actions, establishing a culture of prevention and preparedness for disasters: fires, floods and floods. The student body and faculty of the School, answered a questionnaire addressing transversal themes such as: Civil Defense, Climatology and Climate Change, Environmental Education and Sustainable Development. A pluviometric comparison was made for the years 2014 to 2017 of the climatological normal and the rainfall data observed by Funceme. As well as the data on the occurrences of fires and floods attended by Fortaleza Civil Defense during the same period. It was also analyzed the data of fires from 2015 to 2016 attended by the Military Fire Brigade of Ceará. The effectiveness of the plug adapter tests performed by the National Institute of Metrology, Quality and Technology (Inmetro) was compared. The study was evaluated with data from the Brazilian Association for the Awareness of Electricity Hazards (Abracopel) on fires in the electricity grid that occurred in Brazil during 2016 and 2017. The socioeconomic diagnosis of the families living on the banks of the river Maranguapinho carried out by the Secretary of the Cities of the State of Ceará. It was also identified in Brazil, the Municipal Protection and Civil Defense Coordination (COMPDECs) or the State Civil Defense and Protection Coordination (CEDECs) that apply and develop the Civil Defense Project in Schools. With this study and through the product of the dissertation (folders and booklets), it is intended to show students, teachers and residents of a risk area community that if they are worried about their well-being, they are aware of the risk situation and flood, flood and fire due to the use of the plug adapter. The data for the occurrences attended by the Fortaleza Civil Defense and the Ceará Fire Brigade will be greatly reduced in the medium and long term.
