PROPOSIÇÃO DE MÉTODO DE RECICLAGEM DOS PAINÉIS FOTOVOLTAICOS NO BRASIL

A busca pela diversificação da matriz energética brasileira tem se tornado cada vez mais necessária, sendo motivada por dois principais fatores. Primeiramente pelo atual panorama energético, em que, com a diminuição das chuvas e consequente redução da energia gerada por hidrelétricas, associado à necessidade da utilização de termelétricas, aumentou-se, significativamente, o preço da energia. E ainda, pela necessidade de explorar recursos renováveis que trazem flexibilidade e sustentabilidade quanto a sua utilização. Diante deste cenário, a busca por fontes alternativas de geração de energia tem se intensificado nos últimos cem anos, destacando-se, talvez, como a mais promissora, a energia fotovoltaica. Além de ser uma fonte inesgotável, a produção de energia por meio de módulos fotovoltaicos se diferencia por ser silenciosa, menos poluente e com possibilidade de gerar energia de forma distribuída. A conversão em energia elétrica a partir da incidência da luz solar só é possível por meio do uso dos módulos fotovoltaicos. Entretanto, estes módulos possuem uma vida útil limitada e, dessa forma, em um futuro próximo, grandes quantidades desse material serão descartados. Logo, para evitar que uma solução energética vire um problema ambiental, faz-se necessário que sejam adotadas medidas de tratamento para a reciclagem desses resíduos, com as finalidades de recuperar matérias-primas importantes, reduzir os custos de produção e os impactos que os componentes desses módulos podem trazer para o meio ambiente e saúde humana, se descartados de maneira inadequada. Por meio de levantamentos bibliográficos a respeito do tema, este trabalho procurou contribuir com a discussão para estimular medidas de prevenção de impactos ambientais inerentes ao uso dessa tecnologia no Brasil. Na qual foram apontado de acordo com o tipo de fabricação um método de reciclagem baseado nas tecnologias disponíveis, como sugestão de tratamentos para a reciclagem fotovoltaica, e dessa forma mostrar possibilidade de inserir um sistema que esteja apto a recircular o material na cadeia produtiva, gerando valor agregado ao produto e desenvolvimento econômico. Por fim, tendo como referência a legislação vigente na União Europeia e Ocidental, recomendou-se algumas medidas pertinentes que poderiam ser implementadas juntamente com a Política Nacional de Resíduos Sólidos na criação de uma legislação para o Brasil. Abstract:
The search for diversification of the Brazilian energy matrix has become increasingly necessary, being motivated by two main factors. Firstly, due to the current energy scenario, with the reduction of rainfall and consequent reduction of energy generated by hydroelectric plants, associated with the need to use thermoelectric plants, the price of energy was significantly increased. And, for the need to exploit renewable resources that bring flexibility and sustainability in their use. Given this scenario, the search for alternative sources of energy has intensified in the last hundred years, highlighting, perhaps, as the most promising, photovoltaic energy. In addition to being an inexhaustible source, the production of energy through photovoltaic modules differs by being silent, less polluting and with the possibility of generating energy in a distributed way. The conversion into electrical energy from the incidence of sunlight is only possible through the use of photovoltaic modules. However, these modules have a limited life expectancy and, in the near future, large quantities of this material will be discarded. Therefore, in order to prevent an energy solution from becoming an environmental problem, it is necessary to adopt treatment measures for the recycling of such waste, with the aim of recovering important raw materials, reducing production costs and the impacts that the components of these modules can bring to the environment and human health if discarded inappropriately. Through bibliographical surveys on the subject, this work sought to contribute to the discussion to stimulate measures to prevent environmental impacts inherent in the use of this technology in Brazil. In which a method of recycling based on the available technologies was indicated according to the type of production, as a suggestion of treatments for the photovoltaic recycling, and in this way to show the possibility of inserting a system that is able to recirculate the material in the production chain, generating value added to the product and economic development. Finally, with reference to the legislation in force in the European Union, it was recommended some pertinent measures that could be implemented together with the National Solid Waste Policy in the creation of legislation for Brazil.
