Resumo:
RESUMO O presente trabalho tem como objetivo conscientizar as instituições de saúde dos benefícios de um trabalho de endomarketing capaz de proporcionar um ambiente motivado e agradável com os colaboradores, satisfazendo assim tanto os clientes internos e, sobretudo, refletindo para os clientes externos. O trabalho irá apresentar ações desenvolvidas no hospital regional Dr. Pontes Neto, interior do Estado do Ceará, e o que foi feito para mudar a cultura organizacional da instituição e construir uma perspectiva crítica sobre o tema a aplicação do endomarketing e a sua importância no clima organizacional na área da saúde. Abstract:
ABSTRACT This paper aims to educate health institutions the benefits of an internal marketing work can provide a motivated and pleasant environment with employees, thus satisfying both internal customers and, above all, reflecting to external clients. The work will present actions developed at the regional hospital Dr. Pontes Neto, interior of the State of Ceará, and what was done to change the organizational culture of the institution and build a critical perspective on the topic implementation of internal marketing and its importance in climate organization in health care.
