Resumo:
Este estudo teve por objetivo desenvolver e validar um design de um app sobre identificação e conduta nas reações transfusionais. Trata-se de uma pesquisa de desenvolvimento metodológico realizada no período de maio de 2020 a janeiro de 2021, no município de Quixadá-CE. A pesquisa foi constituída em quatro fases sequenciais: I – Definição de conteúdo e escopo do app design; II – Benchmarking sobre as tecnologias de aplicativos existentes; III – Desenvolvimento do app design e IV –. Validação de conteúdo e aparência. Para a fase de construção do design, foi realizada a leitura dos 12 artigos selecionados e categorização do conteúdo e, a partir disso, juntamente com a revisão documental realizou-se a elaboração da versão do Designer para aplicativo. Ressalta-se que não foram encontrados aplicativos nas lojas virtuais com os objetivos desse estudo, não tendo sido realizado o benchmarking como inicialmente proposto. Desenvolveu-se um design de aplicativo intitulado Reações transfusionais, com 13 telas iniciais, divididas em três blocos. Em seguida, o conteúdo e aparência do design das telas foram validados por 14 juízes com comprovada expertise na área do conhecimento, selecionados obedecendo aos critérios de Jasper. A validação de conteúdo foi analisada em três domínios: Objetivos, Estrutura e apresentação e Relevância. O Índice de concordância total foi de 92,5%, garantindo a qualidade do conteúdo. A partir da análise do resultado do Teste Binomial, constatou-se a concordância entre os juízes quanto à pontuação atribuída (p > 0,05). Na validação da aparência, todos os itens apresentaram índice de validade de aparência (IVA) excelentes (≥ 0,78), contudo, um juiz discordou parcialmente quanto à adequação das ilustrações, clareza e facilidade de compreensão, cores, elucidação do conteúdo e quantidade e dois juízes discordaram parcialmente quanto ao tamanho das ilustrações. Apenas dois juízes sugeriram apontamentos para os produtos validados. Conclui-se que o design do app reações transfusionais foi desenvolvido a partir da literatura atualizada, apresentando validade de conteúdo e aparência. Portanto, encontra-se apto para compor o futuro software que poderá auxiliar os profissionais médicos e enfermeiros no reconhecimento e conduta nas reações transfusionais.
Abstract:
This study aimed to build the design of an app on identification and conduct in transfusion reactions, and their validation. This is a methodological development research carried out from May 2020 to January 2021, in the municipality of Quixadá-CE. The research was constituted in four sequential phases: I - Definition of content and scope of app design; II - Benchmarking on existing application technologies; III - Development of app design and IV -. Validation of content and appearance. 12 articles were selected for participation in the study. For the design construction phase, the selected articles were read and the content was categorized, and from there, the Designer version was developed for application in the identification and conduct of transfusion reactions. It should be noted that no applications were found in the virtual stores for the purposes of this study, and benchmarking was not carried out as initially proposed. An application design called Transfusion reactions was developed, with 13 initial screens, divided into three blocks. Then, the content and appearance of the design of the screens were validated by 14 judges with proven expertise in the area of knowledge, selected according to Jasper's criteria. Content validation was analyzed in three domains: Objectives, Structure and presentation and Relevance. The total CI was 92.5%, guaranteeing the quality of the content. From the analysis of the result of the Binomial Test, the agreement between the judges was verified regarding the assigned score (p> 0.05). In the appearance validation, all items had an excellent appearance validity index (VAT) (≥ 0.78), however, a judge partially disagreed about the adequacy of the illustrations, clarity and ease of understanding, colors, clarification of content and quantity and two judges partially disagreed on the size of the illustrations. Only two judges suggested notes for the validated products. It is concluded that the design of the Reactions transfusion app was developed from the updated literature on the theme and experience of the researcher in the area, presenting validity of content and appearance. Therefore, it is able to compose the future software that can assist medical professionals and nurses in recognizing and conducting transfusion reactions.
