A MULHER SOBREVIVENTE DE CÂNCER DE MAMA EM FOCO: CONSTRUÇÃO E VALIDAÇÃO DE UMA CARTILHA FUNDAMENTADA NO LETRAMENTO EM SAÚDE SOBRE CHÁS COM PROPRIEDADES FITOTERÁPICAS

Resumo:
Esse estudo tem como objetivo principal, construir uma cartilha fundamentada no letramento em saúde sobre chás com propriedades fitoterápicas para mulheres sobreviventes de câncer de mama. Trata-se de um estudo de natureza metodológica, realizado no Centro Regional Integrado de Oncologia (CRIO), instituição privada conveniada ao SUS, referência, especializado na prevenção, diagnóstico e tratamento de câncer, para obtenção dos resultados trabalhou-se com profissionais com expertises na temática e mulheres com câncer de mama. Esse estudo integra uma pesquisa maior intitulada “Avaliação do Letramento em Saúde – Adaptação Transcultural e Validação do Health Literacy Questionnaire (HLQ) para o português brasileiro”. Tal pesquisa é um estudo multicêntrico, coordenado por pesquisadores do programa de Pós-Graduação em Enfermagem da Universidade Federal de Goiás. Como resultados desta dissertação apresentam-se em dois artigos. O primeiro é intitulado “Uso de plantas medicinais por mulheres sobreviventes de câncer de mama” e foi submetido para publicação na Revista Texto & Contexto Enfermagem Caracterizar o grupo avaliado quanto a variáveis demográficas e socioeconômicas; e Identificar quais os chás com propriedades fitoterápicas que são utilizados pelas mulheres sobreviventes de câncer de mama avaliadas, o qual obtive-se que o uso de plantas medicinais foi uma PIC bastante utilizada, com o propósito de proporcionar bem-estar, aliviar sintomas, e ajudar no tratamento. As plantas mais citadas foram graviola, camomila, babosa, noni, hortelã, gengibre e romã, porém há necessidade de se ampliar o conhecimento sobre os efeitos positivos e negativos destas plantas na situação de presença de câncer de mama, este artigo deu base de conteúdo para o segundo artigo intitulado “Construção e Validação da Cartilha Estou com câncer de Mama – os chás podem ajudar na minha saúde?” Após formatado, nesta etapa, a cartilha foi avaliada em dois momentos. Inicialmente pelos 6 juízes especialistas selecionados e depois pelo público-alvo. A pontuação geral para a cartilha foi 91,4% para o SAM. O público-alvo considerou bastante relevante o material, considerando que a linguagem era clara, fácil e acessível, sem recomendações de ilustração e conteúdo. Considerações finais concluiu-se que o objetivo foi alcançado com a validação da cartilha, porém recomenda-se que seja de aplicado nos espaços de acolhimento dessa população. . Abstract:
This study has as main objective, to build a booklet based on health literacy on teas with properties suitable for women breast cancer survivors. This is a study of a methodological nature, carried out at the Integrated Regional Oncology Center (CRIO), a private institution affiliated with SUS, a reference, specialized training in cancer prevention, diagnosis and treatment, for results studies carried out with professionals with experience in the thematic and women with breast cancer. This study is part of a larger survey entitled "Health Literacy Assessment - Transcultural Adaptation and Health Validation Questionnaire (HLQ) for Brazilian Portuguese". Such research is a multicenter study, coordinated by researchers from the Nursing Graduate Program at the Federal University of Goiás. As a result of this dissertation, they are presented in two articles. The first is entitled “Use of medicinal plants by women surviving breast cancer” and was submitted for publication in Revista Texto e Contexto Enfermagem Characterizing the group evaluated in terms of demographic and socioeconomic variables; e Identify which items with herbal properties are used by women surviving breast cancer, or what is the result obtained if the use of medicinal plants was a widely used PIC, with the aim of using well-being, relieving symptoms and help with treatment. As the most cited plants were soursop, chamomile, aloe vera, noni, mint, ginger and pomegranate, they still need to use the knowledge about the positive and negative effects on these plants in the situation of the presence of breast cancer. the second article entitled “Construction and validation of the booklet I have breast cancer - can they help my health?” After formatting, in this stage, a booklet was evaluated in two stages. Initially by the 6 selected expert judges and then by the target audience. The overall score for the booklet was 91.4% for the SAM. The target audience considers the material to be quite relevant, considering that the language was clear, easy and accessible, without recommendations for illustration and content. Final considerations concluded, if the objective was achieved with the validation of the card, it is recommended that it be applied in the reception spaces of this population.
