CONSTRUÇÃO DE MANUAL PARA O MANEJO ADEQUADO DOS RESÍDUOS

Resumo:
A tecnologia educativa possibilita envolver os profissionais de saúde frente as suas responsabilidades como cidadãos, pois também são grandes responsáveis pela poluição do meio ambiente uma vez que os resíduos nas instituições de saúde não são descartados da maneira adequada. Reconhecendo a importância do uso de tecnologias para o manejo adequado dos resíduos hospitalares,o estudo teve como objetivo desenvolver umatecnologia educativa intitulada “Manejo dos Resíduos Hospitalares” foi elaborada com base na Política Nacional de Resíduos Sólidos (PNRS) e na Agência Nacional de Vigilância Sanitária (ANVISA) e suas normativas. O atual estudo foirealizado em duas fases: a primeira foi à construção do manual e a segunda consistiu navalidação de conteúdo e aparência do material junto a 14 juízes, sendo: sete de conteúdo (especialistas, pesquisadores, docentes) e sete profissionais que atuavamna área de design e marketing. Foi também realizada validaçãojunto à população-alvo. Os dois primeiros grupos de juízes avaliaram o conteúdo e aparência da tecnologia educativa, e a população-alvo, a organização, clareza de linguagem, aparência e relevância domanual. Os aspectos ético-legais da pesquisa envolvendo seres humanos foram respeitados de acordo com a Resolução 466⁄2012 e o projeto foi aprovado pelo Comitê de Ética em Pesquisa do Hospital Geral de Fortaleza (HGF) e Universidade Estadual do Ceará (UECE), sob os PareceresN° 3.497.271 e Nº3. 558.671 respectivamente. Na análise estatística,o índice de validade de conteúdo (IVC) global da tecnologia educativa foi de 0,97, confirmandosua validação de conteúdo e aparência junto aos especialistas de conteúdo e técnico. Ademais, os itens inerentes àorganização, clareza da linguagem, aparência e relevância domanual foram considerados validados pelo público-alvo, com índice de concordância superior a 75%. Portanto, atecnologia educativa“Manejo dos Resíduos Hospitalares” mostrou-se um material educativo válido e confiável para ser utilizado a fim de promover conhecimento sobre os resíduos hospitalares e as etapas do seu manejo de forma adequada. Abstract:
Educational technology makes it possible to involve health professionals in the face of their responsibilities as citizens, as they are also largely responsible for pollution of the environment since waste in health institutions is not disposed of properly. Recognizing the importance of using technologies for the proper management of hospital waste, the study aimed to develop an educational technology entitled “Hospital Waste Management” was developed based on the National Solid Waste Policy (PNRS) and the National Health Surveillance Agency (ANVISA) and its regulations. The current study was carried out in two phases: the first involved the construction of the manual and the second consisted of validating the content and appearance of the material with 14 judges, being: seven of content (specialists, researchers, teachers) and seven professionals who worked in the field of design and marketing. Validation was also performed with the target population. The first two groups of judges evaluated the content and appearance of the educational technology, and the target population, the organization, clarity of language, appearance and relevance of the manual. The ethical-legal aspects of research involving human beings were respected in accordance with Resolution 466⁄2012 and the project was approved by the Research Ethics Committee of the Hospital Geral de Fortaleza (HGF) and Universidade Estadual do Ceará (UECE), under the Opinions No. 3,497,271 and No. 3. 558,671 respectively. In the statistical analysis, the global content validity index (CVI) of educational technology was 0.97, confirming its content and appearance validation with content and technical specialists. In addition, the items inherent to the organization, language clarity, appearance and relevance of the manual were considered validated by the target audience, with an agreement rate greater than 75%. Therefore, the educational technology "Hospital Waste Management" proved to be a valid and reliable educational material to be used in order to promote knowledge about hospital waste and the steps of its management in an appropriate way.
