Abstract:
We commit ourselves in this work to study the participation of the children of the camp Zé Maria do Tomé - Chapada do Apodi, Ceará, in the process of struggle for land that is part of the field of struggles and tensions for territory between the peasantry and agribusiness in Vale do Jaguaribe, since the implantation of export fruit farming agroindustries since the 1990s when it was installed the Irrigated Perimeter Jaguaribe – Apodi. In this context, we decided to look at them as subjects of their childhood, observing their ability to act, relate, learn and construct educational and discursive practices that dialogue with the resistance of this collective. Equally important, we propose to reflect how the struggle itself and its experience within a social movement act in the human and political formation of the children who participate in it. We were motivated in this research by the possibility of highlighting children's protagonism within camps organized by social movements, seeking to access the universe of Earthless childhood in their experiences, constructions, practices and counter- hegemonic discourses, from the children's own perception. For a long time and still in the present time, the child is considered by the ruling class as an individual who has no voice. In this way, to think about the experience of a child in social movements' camps is to make an exercise of the possibilities and new values of human formation that they can build, and to remove it from the common place to which it is being placed by capitalist society. With regard to the theoretical-methodological framework that guided our research, we work with the following study dimensions: the "child", in its relation of learning with the social struggle and organization of the collective; the "Social Movements of the Field", which has acted in political-educational actions within the reality of the Camp, which has the MST in the organizational base of the Camp; "non-formal education", the dimension of education that legitimates social movements, as well as camps and settlements as spaces where training and education processes can take place; and "Critical discourse analysis (CDA)", an analysis perspective that was fundamental to guide our reflections on the educational and discursive practices of children of this reality. In the development of this study, we also used ethnographic procedures, in order to better capture the subjects' practice in the daily routine of the camp, such as: participant observation, field notes, focus group, focused interviews and four pedagogical workshops with the children. The research results indicate that in the fight scenarios children play political roles, expressing their own ways of constructing and making visible their actions and discourses of confrontation, for example, when their drawings about life in the Camp were used to defend the right to water in the family production or even when

they felt safe and strong to stay with their parents and companions in the fronts of struggle, adding forces, voices, enriching the mystics, recovering the memory of the fight in a playful, sensitive and revolutionary way. Thus, we infer that they are together with their parents in times of formation, meetings, assemblies, plenaries. They learn about planting, harvesting, having their preferences and initiatives. In this sense, we analyze that children construct themselves as they relate to their collective, observe and learn in the environment in which they live. In the spaces of struggle they construct their identity, defining their representations and elaborating and reworking discourses and practices that dialogue with the resistance of the Movement that they experience.
