SUBCONJUNTO TERMINOLÓGICO DA CIPE®: SISTEMA INFORMATIZADO PARA O CUIDADO DE ENFERMAGEM AO IDOSO INSTITUCIONALIZADO

Resumo:
O desenvolvimento de subconjunto terminológico informatizado na prática clínica de
enfermagem viabiliza a organização do cuidado e o avanço científico, tecnológico e inovador
da profissão. Objetivou-se construir um subconjunto terminológico da Classificação
Internacional para a Prática de Enfermagem (CIPE®) informatizado para pessoas idosas
institucionalizadas, fundamentado na Teoria das Necessidades Humanas Fundamentais de
Virginia Henderson. Estudo metodológico desenvolvido em sete etapas: 1) Mapeamento
cruzado dos enunciados de Diagnóstico de enfermagem (DE) e Resultados de enfermagem (RE)
construídos com a CIPE® 2017; 2) Construção das definições operacionais dos enunciados de
DE/RE; 3) Validação dos enunciados de DE/RE e suas respectivas definições operacionais; 4)
Construção de Intervenções de Enfermagem (IE) para cada DE/RE validado; 5) Validação das
IEs por especialistas; 6) Estruturação do Subconjunto Terminológico; 7) Hospedagem do
subconjunto em um sistema informatizado. Antes de ser executado, o estudo foi aprovado pelo
Comitê de Ética em Pesquisa da Universidade Estadual do Ceará, pelo parecer no 2.806.570. O
resultado do processo de mapeamento evidenciou um total de 92 (68,6%) DE/RE constantes e
42 (31,3%) não constantes. Assim, dos 134 DE/RE elaborados, foram validados 133
enunciados, sendo: 100 (75,2%) DE/RE classificados no componente biológico/fisiológico, 17
(12,8%) no componente psicológico, 12 (9,0%) no componente social e 4 (3,0%) no
componente espiritual/moral. Foram validadas 1474 IEs, sendo: 1110 (75,3%) no componente
biológico/fisiológico, 187 (12,6%) no componente psicológico, 134 (9,0%) no componente
social, 43 (2,9%) no componente espiritual/moral. O subconjunto foi hospedado em um sistema
informatizado, denominado NURCE (NURsing Care Environment), pode ser acessado,
gratuitamente, pelo endereço nurce.com.br e possibilita a realização do processo de
enfermagem integrado ao subconjunto. Conclui-se que o subconjunto terminológico
informatizado da CIPE® construído para pessoas idosas institucionalizadas, pode contribuir
para otimizar o cuidado de enfermagem ao idoso institucionalizado.

Abstract:
The development of computerized terminology subset in clinical nursing practice enables the
organization of care and the scientific, technological and innovative advancement of the
profession. The objective was to construct a terminology subset of the Computerized
International Classification for Nursing Practice (ICNP®) for institutionalized elderly people,
based on Virginia Henderson's Theory of Fundamental Human Needs. Methodological study
developed in seven steps: 1) Cross-mapping of the Nursing Diagnosis (DE) and Nursing
Outcomes (RE) statements constructed with the ICNP® 2017; 2) Construction of operational
definitions of DE / RE statements; 3) Validation of DE / RE statements and their respective
operational definitions; 4) Construction of Nursing Interventions (IE) for each validated DE /
RE; 5) Validation of the IEs by specialists; 6) Structuring of the Terminological Subset; 7)
Hosting the subset in a computerized system. Prior to its execution, the study was approved by
the Research Ethics Committee of the State University of Ceará, in its opinion No. 2,806,570.
The result of the mapping process showed a total of 92 (68.6%) constant DE / RE and 42
(31.3%) non-constant. Thus, out of 134 DE / RE elaborated, 133 statements were validated:

psychological component, 12 (9.0%) ) in the social component and 4 (3.0%) in the spiritual /
moral component. 1474 IEs were validated: 1110 (75.3%) in the biological / physiological

43 (2.9%) in the spiritual / moral component. The subset was hosted in a computerized system
called NURCE (NURsing Care Environment), can be accessed, free of charge, through the
address nurce.com.br and allows the realization of the nursing process integrated to the subset.
It is concluded that the computerized terminology subset of ICNP® built for institutionalized
elderly can contribute to optimize nursing care for institutionalized elderly.
