EDUCAÇÃO PERMANENTE EM SAÚDE NO ESTADO DO CEARÁ: RELATO DE EXPERIÊNCIA DA PARTICIPAÇÃO NA COMISSÃO DE INTEGRAÇÃO ENSINO E SERVIÇO

Resumo:
A educação permanente é aprendizagem no trabalho, onde o aprender e o ensinar se incorporam ao cotidiano das organizações e ao trabalho. O estudo teve como objeti vo relatar a experiência de participação na Comissão de Integração Ensino e Serviço (CIES), macro Fortaleza, no período de 2008 a 2011. Desta maneira, a pesquisa foi do tipo relato de experiência, tendo como foco a descrição da participação na CIES, macro Fortaleza Ceará no período de 2008 a 2011. A organização e resultados das informações se deram por meio dos seguintes tópicos: O contato com a Comissão de Integração Ensino e Serviço (CIES), macro Fortaleza pode se ver como se desenhava a perspectiva da Educação Permanente em Saúde (EPS) no Estado do Ceará, a partir de convite a debater com todos os municípios o papel da CIES e como se faziam as devidas adequações e/ou redirecionamentos, como também, a ótica de participação e desenvolvimento de processos formativos, consultivos e de participação popular na gestão em torno da nova política de recursos humanos no Estado do Ceará; A participação dos atores/atrizes no CIES em busca da EPS concretizou se o mapa da representação e participação democrática do s(as) atores/atrizes no CIES , no território administrativo e político da macro Fortaleza. C onstituiu se uma secretária executiva, representada pelo Conselho Estadual de Saúde, cabendo guiar os debates com as representações e produzir relatórios com seus de vidos encaminhamentos para CIES estadual; e, Construindo a Política de Educação Permanente e suas contribuições para a qualificação dos trabalhadores(as) da saúde apurou se as seguintes necessidades para o campo da educação permanente: práticas integrati vas e complementais; saúde da mulher no ciclo gravídico puerperal; formação de preceptores; EP dos profissionais que atuam no ensino e serviço da rede SUS e no Núcleo de Atenção Saúde da Família (NASF) NASF); e, prevenção em violência e acidentes. Para tanto, a política de EPS no Estado do Ceará foi e é uma causa justa que tem como objetivo investir na diretriz da política de formação e desenvolvimento de recursos humanos para a saúde. Abstract:
Lifelong learning is learning on the job, where learning and teaching are incorporated into the daily lives of organizations and work. The study aimed to report the experience of participation in the Committee on Education and Integration Services (CIES), macro Fortaleza, in the period 2008-2011. Thus, the research was the story kind of experience, focusing on the description of participation in CIES, macro Fortaleza-Ceará in the period 2008-2011. The organization and results of the information is given by the following topics: The contact with the Committee on Education and Integration Services (CIES), Fortress macro – you can see how to draw the prospect of Continuing Education in Health (EPS) in the State Ceará, from invitation to discuss with all municipalities the role of CIES and how did the necessary adjustments and/or redirects, but also the perspective of participation and development of formative, consultative processes and popular participation in the management around the new human resources policy in the State of Ceará; participation of the actors/actresses at CIES in search of EPS materialized in the map representation and democratic participation of the actors/actresses at CIES, the administrative territory and political macro Fortaleza. Constituted an executive secretary, represented by the state board of health, fitting guide discussions with the representations and produce reports with their referrals to state CIES, and Building the Education Policy Permanente and their contributions to workers' skills the health – was found the following needs for the field of continuing education and integrative practices complementais; women's health during pregnancy and puerperium cycle, formation of preceptors; EP of professionals working in education and service SUS and Core Family Health care (NASF), and accidents and violence prevention. For this, the policy of EPS in Ceará was and is a cause that aims to invest in guideline training and development of human resources for health policy.
