IMPLICAÇÕES SÓCIO AFETIVAS DA SÍNDROME DE BURNOUT EM ENFERMEIROS

Trabalhadores do mundo inteiro têm na sua vida problemas físicos e emocionais que as pesquisas sobre Estresse, Qualidade de Vida, Síndrome de Burnout e outras doenças ocupacionais tem relatado. A questão envolve uma análise social e cultural que se estabelece pela manutenção de padrões de vida com bases capitalista sendo que os problemas se iniciam na grande disputa por empregos e a manutenção desses que faz com que este profissional tenha que ter esforço significativo no cumprimento de sua jornada de trabalho e de tanta pressão sua vivencia profissional trazendo inúmeros prejuízos ao seu bem estar e à sua qualidade de vida. Esses fatores de trabalho afetam sua relação familiar e também seu convívio social, uma vez que devido à pressão acabam por apresentar graves implicações para a saúde física e mental. Este estudo teve por objetivo geral analisar os resultados de consequências da Síndrome de Burnout em Trabalhadores de Enfermagem. E por objetivos específicos: identificar as manifestações físicas apresentadas pelos trabalhadores com Síndrome de Burnout; e identificar as manifestações emocionais apresentadas pelos trabalhadores esta síndrome. A busca foi realizada na base de dados da Scientific Eletronic Library Online (SciELO). Justifica se a escolha desta base de dados por ser a principal fonte de publicações acadêmicas de grande relevância cientifica. A pesquisa foi realizada durante o mês de novembro de 2013, com a busca de artigos contendo três combinações de descritores: “enfermagem”, “Síndrome de Burnout” e “trabalho’’. A revisão integrativa foi executada nas seguintes etapas: 1ª) definição dos descritores para busca; 2ª) pesquisa dos descritores para amostragem da literatura; 3ª) análise crítica dos textos pertinentes; 4ª) apresentação da revisão integrativa em tabelas e 5ª) discussão dos resultados. Observou se uma limitação na quantidade de artigos quando se buscou os descritores “enfermagem” e “Síndrome de Burnout” e “trabalho” combinados, resultando em uma pequena amostra com apenas 19 artigos relacionados à temática, os quais foram analisados segundo o critério de seleção da amostra, representado pelo recorte temporal dos anos 2012 e 2013. Concluiu se que o sofrimento moral vivenciado pelos(as) enfermeiros(as) manifesta se na dimensão pessoal, com alterações emocionais e físicas, e na dimensão profissional, com insatisfação no trabalho, Burnout e abandono da profissão. foi evidente a relação da Síndrome com a enfermagem e com o seu trabalho diário de cuidar dos doentes, caracterizado por um trabalho plantonista, diarista, com 30 horas semanais de serviço. Desta análise verifica se que existe 3 principais dimensões de consequências da Síndrome de Burnout, são elas: exaustão emocional, despersonalização e baixa realização profissional. Estas multidimensionalidade da Síndrome traduzem se assim em consequências no estado de saúde, alterações e disfunções pessoais e organizacionais; atitudes e comportamentos e relações interpessoais negativos, seja entre clientes seja entre colegas e deles com superiores; absenteísmo, diminuição da qualidade da assistência prestada; indiferença; e queda da imunidade, ficando vulnerável a múltiplas doenças. Verificou se que existe ainda um longo caminho na divulgação de Burnout, para um correto diagnóstico, mas também para sua diminuição e um melhor acompanhamento dos profissionais portadores da doença.

Abstract:
Workers of the world have in your life physical and emotional problems that research on stress, quality of life, burnout syndrome and other occupational diseases has reported. The issue involves a social and cultural analysis that establishes the maintenance of standards of life in capitalist bases being that the problems begin in the great contest for jobs and maintenance of these that makes this professional has to have a significant effort to accomplish his journey and work much pressure their professional experiences bringing numerous losses to their well being and their quality of life. These factors work affect your family relationship and also their social life, since due to the pressure eventually have serious implications for physical and mental health. This study analyzes the overall results of consequences of burnout syndrome in nursing. And by specific objectives: to identify the physical manifestations presented by the workers with burnout syndrome, and identify the emotional manifestations presented by the workers this syndrome. The search was performed in the database of the Scientific Electronic Library Online SciELO. Justifies the choice of this database may be the main source of scholarly publications of great scientific importance. The survey was conducted during the month of November 2013, with the search for articles containing three combinations of descriptors: "nursing", "burnout syndrome" and "work''. The integrative review was performed in the following stages: 1) definition of descriptors to search; 2nd) survey of descriptors for sampling of the literature, 3rd) critical analysis of the relevant texts; 4th) presentation of the integrative review on tables and 5th) discussion of the results. There was a limitation on the amount of items while we sought descriptors "nursing" and" burnout syndrome " and "work " combined, resulting in a small sample of only 19 articles related to the topic, which were analyzed according to the criteria sample selection, represented by the time frame of 2012 and 2013. It was concluded that the moral distress experienced by (the) nurses (as) manifested in the personal dimension, with emotional and physical changes, and professional dimension with job dissatisfaction, burnout and leaving the profession. was evident the relationship Syndrome with nursing and with his daily work of caring for patients, characterized by an on duty, day laborer work, with 30 hours of service. From this analysis it appears that there is 3 main dimensions of consequences of burnout syndrome, they are: emotional exhaustion, depersonalization and low personal accomplishment. These multidimensionality of syndrome translate well in consequences on health status, changes, and personal and organizational dysfunctions; attitudes and negative behaviors and interpersonal relationships, whether between clients or between colleagues and with their superiors; absenteeism, decreased quality of care; indifference, and decreased immunity, getting vulnerable to multiple diseases. It was found that there is still a long way in spreading Burnout, for a correct diagnosis, but also for their reduction and better monitoring of professional carriers of the disease.
