Resumo:
O racismo institucional no âmbito do sistema de saúde se revela a partir da produção sistemática da segregação étnicorracial, nos processos institucionais, por meio de normas, práticas e comportamentos discriminatórios adotados no cotidiano de trabalho, resultantes da ignorância, falta de atenção, preconceitos ou estereótipos racistas. Em todos os casos percebemos que esses grupos raciais ou étnicos discriminados são postos em situação de desvantagem no acesso aos serviços oferecidos. Estudos nacionais e internacionais, em sua maioria, evidenciam que há distinções importantes entre os serviços de saúde direcionados à população branca e negra, aos homens e mulheres, explicitando a ligação dessas diferenças na relação entre as desigualdades sociais e raciais. Tais disparidades terminam por apontar a população negra, ainda, como grande alvo do racismo institucional no campo da saúde. Essa futura pesquisa tem como objetivo analisar como a população negra, diagnosticada com tuberculose, acessa as políticas de saúde, quais são as barreiras enfrentadas por este segmento nos atendimentos realizados no Sistema Único de Saúde – SUS. A natureza da investigação será de cunho qualitativo, o percurso metodológico a ser utilizado será por meio de entrevistas semiestruturadas em que os sujeitos tenham a oportunidade de discorrer sobre o que compreendem acerca da doença e do atendimento oferecido.

Abstract:
The institutional racism within the health is revealed from the systematic production system étnicorracial segregation, the institutional processes through standards, behavior and practices adopted in the daily work, resulting from ignorance, inattention, prejudices or stereotypes racist. In all cases we realize that these discriminated racial or ethnic groups are put at a disadvantage in access to services offered. National and international studies, mostly show that there are important distinctions between health services targeted to the white and black population, men and women, explaining the connection of these differences in the relationship between social and racial inequalities. Such disparities end up pointing out the black population, even as big target of institutional racism in the health field. This future research aims to analyze how the black population, diagnosed with tuberculosis, access health policies, what are the barriers faced by this segment in the care provided in the Unified Health System – UHS. The nature of research is a qualitative approach, the methodological approach to be used will be through semi-structured interviews in which subjects have the opportunity to discuss what they understand about the disease and the offered service.
