Resumo:
Neste trabalho cujo tema central são os desafios que a mulher encontra para se manter ativa no mercado de trabalho e como ela concilia a atividade remunerada ao trabalho doméstico, têm-se como questão de pesquisa investigar: quais os desafios que a mulher encontra no mercado de trabalho e, posteriormente, como as mulheres conciliam o trabalho formal ao trabalho doméstico e ao cuidado com os filhos? As últimas décadas foram marcadas por grandes transformações, inclusive no mercado de trabalho. Assim, as mulheres que antes eram mantidas no ambiente privado passaram a atuar no ambiente público. Todas essas mudanças possibilitaram a inserção das mulheres nestes espaços públicos e hoje, apesar dos desafios, o trabalho feminino é uma realidade. De forma geral, esta monografia tem como objetivo analisar os múltiplos papéis desempenhados pela mulher que exerce atividade remunerada de professora do Ensino Fundamental em uma Escola Pública no município de Fortaleza. Objetiva ainda, especificamente, identificar as múltiplas tarefas desempenhadas pelas referidas mulheres; traçar o perfil social das participantes da pesquisa e analisar as causas que levam a feminização do magistério no Ensino Fundamental, principalmente nos Anos Iniciais (visão das entrevistadas). Inicialmente realizou-se uma pesquisa bibliográfica a fim de compor o panorama com os principais autores sobre o tema. Nesse contexto, abordou-se acerca do ingresso das mulheres no Brasil e no mundo e como culturalmente foram impostos a elas o trabalho doméstico. O processo de feminização da profissão de docente desde sua origem aos dias atuais também compôs esse panorama. Os dados utilizados como amostra foram fornecidos por quatro professoras de uma escola pública do município de Fortaleza. A abordagem do trabalho é qualitativa, a análise é feita pelo método hermenêutico-dialético e as técnicas de coletas de dados utilizados foram o questionário, a observação direta e a entrevista. O campo da pesquisa foi uma escola pública municipal de Fortaleza. Aplicou-se de início um questionário com a finalidade de conhecer o perfil dessas professoras. Posteriormente realizou-se observação direta para compor a rotina das professoras e uma entrevista semi-estruturada com perguntas abertas e caráter qualitativo na qual foi conhecida a visão das docentes entrevistadas a respeito dos temas relativos à jornada de trabalho, feminização do magistério e múltiplas jornadas femininas. O resultado desta pesquisa aponta como essas mulheres lidam com os desafios da profissão e os conciliam com sua família e seu lar. Além disso, mostra que a existência da presença feminina na profissão ainda é marcante e corroborada pela ideia machista de que as mulheres se adaptam melhor no cuidado com as crianças tudo isso contribui para a manutenção de categorias de trabalho predominantemente formada por mulheres.

Abstract:
In this work, the central theme of which is the challenges women face in order to keep themselves active in the labor market and how they reconcile paid work to domestic work, the research question is: what are the challenges women face in the labor market? work, and later how women reconcile formal work with housework and childcare? The last decades have been marked by major transformations, including in the labor market. Thus, women who were previously kept in the private environment began to act in the public environment. All these changes made possible the insertion of women in these public spaces and today, despite the challenges, women's work is a reality. In general, this monograph aims to analyze the multiple roles played by the woman who exercises paid activity of Elementary School teacher in a Public School in the city of Fortaleza. Specifically, it aims to identify the multiple tasks performed by these women; to trace the social profile of the participants of the research and to analyze the causes that lead to the feminization of the teaching profession in Elementary School, especially in the Initial Years (interviewees' view). Initially a bibliographical research was done in order to compose the panorama with the main authors on the subject. In this context, the issue of women's entry into Brazil and the world was discussed, and how domestic work was imposed on them culturally. The process of feminization of the teaching profession from its origin to the present day has also shaped this panorama. The data used as a sample were provided by four teachers from a public school in the city of Fortaleza. The work approach is qualitative, the analysis is done by the hermeneutic-dialectic method and the data collection techniques used were the questionnaire, the direct observation and the interview. The research field was a municipal public school in Fortaleza. A questionnaire was initially applied in order to know the profile of these teachers. Subsequently direct observation was made to compose the routine of the teachers and a semi-structured interview with open questions and qualitative character in which the teachers interviewed about the themes related to the working day, feminization of the teaching profession and multiple women's days were known . The result of this research points out how these women deal with the challenges of the profession and reconcile them with their family and home. Moreover, it shows that the existence of the female presence in the profession is still marked and corroborated by the machista idea that women are better adapted to the care of the children, all contribute to the maintenance of categories of work predominantly composed of women.
