RECÉM-NASCIDO PREMATURO DEPENDENTE DE INTERNAÇÃO: REPERCUSSÕES NA VIDA FAMILIAR

A prematuridade é uma das principais causas de mortalidade neonatal e por isso é um problema de saúde pública. Os bebês prematuros têm uma chance maior de serem internos na UTIN em decorrência das morbidades que podem ser desencadeadas, e estas reverberam para além dos bebês, atingindo também seus familiares. O objetivo é refletir as condições da família após um nascimento de um bebê prematuro que necessita ser submetido ao tratamento intensivo. Elencando quais sentimentos estão presentes nesse momento e como fatores sociais interferem nos cuidados prestados a esse bebê. Trata-se de pesquisa descritiva, bibliográfica, com abordagem qualitativa. A base para este estudo foram 28 artigos científicos encontrados na plataforma de dados do Scielo, com data de publicação dos últimos doze anos em revistas científicas, tais como: Jornal de Pediatria, Revista Brasileira de Saúde Materno Infantil e Ciência e Saúde Coletiva. O estudo possibilitou a apresentação dos resultados em três categorias: Sentimentos dos familiares durante o período de internação do bebê prematuro na UTIN; Reverberações da prematuridade na vida do bebê e dos familiares pós-alta da UTIN; Renda familiar: suas influências diante do nascimento do bebê prematuro. Na análise foi possível perceber que a relação dos familiares é fragilizada desde o nascimento e permeada por sentimentos angustiantes de luto, medo, frustração e dúvida, além de evidenciar que a renda familiar agrava a situação e a maneira como a família deve enfrentar esse evento. Diante da extensão do objeto de estudo, é necessário a realização de outras pesquisas sobre essa temática. Palavras-chave: Prematuridade. Família. Riscos e repercussões.
Abstract:
Prematurity is a major cause of neonatal mortality and is therefore a public health problem. The premature babies have a greater chance of being internalized in the NICU because of the morbidities that can be triggered, and these reverberate beyond the babies, reaching their relatives as well. The objective is to reflect the conditions of the family after the birth of a premature baby who needs to undergo intensive treatment. List what feelings are present at that time and how social factors interfere with the care given to this baby. This is a descriptive, bibliographical, qualitative approach that Sought to develop a systematic and organized study in Scielo databases. The basis for this study was 28 scientific articles found on the SciELO data platform, with a date of publication of the last twelve years in scientific journals, such as: Jornal de Pediatria, Brazilian Journal of Maternal and Child Health, and Science and Collective Health. The study also allowed the presentation of the results in three categories: Feelings of family members during the period of hospitalization of the premature baby in the NICU; Reversities of prematurity in infant and post-discharge relatives of the NICU; Family income: their influence on the birth of the premature baby. In the analysis it was possible to perceive that the family relationship is weakened from birth and permeated by distressing feelings of mourning, fear, frustration and doubt, as well as evidence that family income exacerbates the situation and the way the family faces this event. Faced with the extension of the object of study, it is necessary to carry out other research on this subject. Keywords: Prematurity. Family. Scratchs and repercussions.
