TIC. Websites oficiais. Marketing digital.
Abstract:
This research compared official tourism websites from the perspective of digital marketing. The overall objective was to analyze how the three countries (Brazil, France and the Netherland) promote and communicate tourism on their official website, in view of the digital marketing from 7C + 1C proposed by Kotler. The research carried out a comparative study between the three official tourism websites of Brazil, France and the Netherlands, the choice of these countries occurred due to the new air HUB that connected Europe to Brazil, with direct flights between Fortaleza, Paris and Amsterdam. The research is bibliographic and qualitative, used several approaches and methods in the construction of the study. It is integrated model criteria developed by researchers in the areas of tourism, communication and marketing and from them built interactions with the categories of analysis: context, content, community, customization, communication, connection, commerce and constant exchange. The study used predefined analysis criteria in the OMT (2003) and López; Altamirano; Valarezo (2016) models and built analysis categories from Content Analysis and Data Mining techniques to compare photographic images and analyze them in context. of Digital Marketing. The result identified differences and similarities in the three official tourism websites, pointed to failures in interactive communication and found constant updating of content and images on the websites of France and the Netherlands, as well as the underuse of the website of Brazil. The results suggest that the way to analyze tourism websites is to integrate tourism, communication and digital marketing and from this integration develop website analysis criteria that contribute to the construction of an effective tourism website in the light of digital marketing.
