Resumo:
Apresenta a definição de Planejamento Estratégico, partindo do pressuposto que o conceito de planejamento não é tão incipiente na história do nosso país, tendo em vista que foi apresentado a partir do Decreto-lei nº 200/67. Analisa, de forma breve, as etapas do planejamento estratégico, bem como a ferramenta Balanced Scorecard. Discorre sobre a Justiça Cearense, mostrando a importância do planejamento para o Tribunal de Justiça do Estado do Ceará e como esse planejamento impacta a celeridade processual e a produtividade dos servidores e magistrados do órgão. Discorre, ainda, sobre o Planejamento Estratégico no Poder Judiciário e apresenta o Plano Estratégico do Tribunal de Justiça do Estado do Ceará referente ao período de 2015 a 2020. Finaliza, fazendo considerações acerca dos indicadores do Plano, bem como fazendo uma análise acerca da efetividade do Planejamento Estratégico para o Tribunal de Justiça do Estado do Ceará. Abstract:
It presents the definition of Strategic Planning, based on the assumption that the concept of planning is not so incipient in the history of our country, given that it was presented from Decree-Law 200/67. It briefly analyzes the steps of strategic planning, as well as the Balanced Scorecard tool. It discusses Justice Ceará, showing the importance of planning for the Court of Justice of the State of Ceará and how this planning impacts the procedural speed and productivity of the organ's servants and magistrates. It also discusses Strategic Planning in the Judiciary and presents the Strategic Plan of the Court of Justice of the State of Ceará, covering the period from 2015 to 2020. It ends by considering the Plan's indicators as well as analyzing the effectiveness of Strategic Planning for the Court of Justice of the State of Ceará. Keywords: Strategic Planning.
