A SAÚDE NOS PROCESSOS DE FORMAÇÃO HUMANA PARA A EDUCAÇÃO INFANTIL DO MUNICÍPIO DE SOBRAL/CE

Resumo:
O objetivo definido para esta pesquisa foi compreender como o tema saúde é manifestado nos processos de Formação Humana na Educação Infantil do município de Sobral-Ce. Para tanto, utilizamos o método científico Materialismo Histórico Dialético e como procedimento metodológico coeso ao método, a Pesquisa Colaborativa. A discussão central, portanto, possui como eixo de análise o alicerce do desenvolvimento histórico e cultural, tomando como base a atividade da criança e todos os fundamentos elaborados pela Escola de Vigotski que possibilitaram uma aproximação efetiva com o objeto de pesquisa. O Estado da Questão em foco orientou a definição dessa teoria como referencial teórico de base. O estudo problematiza os nexos que compõem a Educação Infantil e a concepção de saúde, tendo em vista a saúde nos processos de formação humana elegida às crianças no cotidiano com as práticas pedagógicas na Educação Infantil. Identificamos que, apesar dos avanços representados pela lei maior da educação no Brasil, a LDB/96, e outras políticas desenvolvidas na tentativa de consolidação da Educação Infantil, o atual sistema público de Educação Infantil ainda possui suas práticas em um âmbito de cotidiano pragmático quase doméstico, caracterizando uma redução nas finalidades de creches e pré-escolas. Nas Instituições de Educação Infantil, nos últimos anos, se proclamam o binômio Cuidar/Educar, que passou a ser associado à natureza e especificidade da Educação Infantil em um movimento entre as elaborações de diversos pesquisadores da área e os documentos oficiais onde localizam-se as orientações do tratamento que deve ser atribuído a este tema. A Saúde na Educação Infantil aparece como um elemento dileto na composição da estruturação didático-pedagógica que na sua interseção com o cuidar, educar e brincar deverá resultar, ao final, no desenvolvimento integral da criança. Vislumbramos, consequentemente, a seguinte problemática: Como o tema saúde é manifestado na Educação Infantil do município de Sobral? Como apresenta-se o conceito e o ensino sobre saúde na Educação Infantil? Como se dá a articulação entre Formação Humana, Currículo e o Ensino de Saúde na Educação Infantil? Podemos antecipar a tese defendida, que é a seguinte: na Educação Infantil a saúde ainda é diretiva e inclinada ao cuidar, priorizando os elementos de higiene do corpo, alimentação e todas as demandas específicas ao cuidado de crianças. Trata-se, assim, de um desvio da finalidade da Instituição de Ensino no educar. Ao contrário dessa perspectiva, as práticas pedagógicas devem expressar uma compreensão de saúde que tenha foco na transformação do mero cuidar e do higienismo para uma educação em que a saúde seja um elemento notável e equivalente aos demais temas e conteúdos localizados no currículo da Educação Infantil. O cuidar, nesse sentido, não deve se sobrepor ao educar, foco este que deve ser essencial e predominante no trabalho do professor. Palavras-chave: Educação Infantil. Ensino de Saúde. Formação Humana. Abstract:
The objective defined for this research was to understand how the health theme is manifested in the processes of Human Formation in Child Education in the municipality of Sobral-Ce. For this, we use the scientific method Materialism Dialectical Historical and as methodological procedure cohesive to the method, the Collaborative Research. The central discussion presented in this thesis, therefore, has as its axis of analysis the foundation of historical and cultural development, based on the activity of the child and all the fundamentals elaborated by the Vygotsky School that enabled an effective approximation with the research object. The State of the Question in focus guided the definition of this theory as a basic theoretical reference. The study problematizes the links that make up the Infant Education and the conception of health, in view of the health in the processes of human formation chosen to the children in the daily with the pedagogical practices in Early Childhood Education. We identify that, despite the advances represented by the major education law in Brazil, the LDB / 96, and other policies developed in the attempt to consolidate Early Childhood Education, the current public system of Early Childhood Education still has its practices within a pragmatic everyday environment that is almost domestic, characterizing a reduction in the purposes of day-care centers and pre-schools. In the Child Education Institutions, in recent years, the binomial Take Care / To Educate has been proclaimed, which has become associated with the nature and specificity of Early Childhood Education in a movement between the elaborations of several researchers in the area and the official documents where the guidelines that should be assigned to this topic. Health in Early Childhood Education appears as a preferred element in the composition of didactic-pedagogical structuring that, in its intersection with caring, educating and playing should ultimately result in the integral development of the child. It is in this context that we advocate the need to carry out a study that can contribute to the understanding of the teaching process in Early Childhood Education, considering the importance of locating and using the health theme in pedagogical practices and the elements that surround it, from the formal curriculum evidenced by documentation of the relevant legislation and human training recommended for this level of education. We therefore see the following problematic: How is the health theme manifested in Early Childhood Education in the municipality of Sobral? How is the concept and teaching about health in Early Childhood Education presented? How does the articulation between Human Formation, Curriculum and Health Education in Early Childhood Education occur? We can anticipate the thesis defended, which is the following: in Childhood Education health is still directive and inclined to care, prioritizing the elements of body hygiene, food and all the specific demands for child care. Contrary to this perspective, pedagogical practices should express an understanding of health that focuses on the transformation from mere care and hygiene to an education in which health is a remarkable element and equivalent to the other themes and contents located in the curriculum of Early Childhood Education. Caring, in this sense, should not overlap when educating, a focus that must be essential and predominant in the work of the teacher. Key-words: Early Childhood Education. Health Education.
