Resumo:
A humanidade aumentou muito a exploração e dominação do meio ambiente com a evolução tecnológica onde o consumo destes é desigual privilegiando os ricos. A área do estudo empírico fica ao arredor da UPA do Conjunto Ceará que fica locali-zado na sub-bacia do rio Maranguapinho, apresenta pedologia de Planossolos e Ar-gissolos Vermelho Amarelo e possui um clima Tropical Quente Subúmido. O traba-lho tem uma proposta para resolver o problema da poluição e seus efeitos sobre o terreno, garantindo mais saúde e qualidade de vida à população. Para o desenvol-vimento do estudo foram utilizados questionários, panfletos, fotos, imagens de satéli-te, entrevista com moradores e levantamento bibliográfico para o desenvolvimento de medidas mitigadoras a fim de oferecer subsídios ao governo e solucionar os pro-blemas da área de estudo.Foi constatada a eutrofização do olho d‟água e seu leito, fenômeno originado pelo depósito de lixo no local onde a poluição da área tem como principal fator a falta de integração com o meio ambiente e conseqüentemente de educação ambiental dos moradores, nesse caso é imprescindível a conceituação de termos como: educação ambiental, vulnerabilidade, desenvolvimento sustentável, meio ambiente, risco e saneamento básico. Abstract:
Mankind has increased the exploitation and domination of the environment with tech-nological developments where the consumption of these is uneven favoring the rich. The empirical study is the surroundings of the UPA Ceará set which is located at the Maranguapinho River Sub-basin, presents Planossolos and Argissolos of pedology red yellow and has a Hot sub humid Tropical climate. The work has a proposal to solve the problem of pollution and its effect on the ground, ensuring more health and quality of life of the population. For the development of the study were used ques-tionnaires, brochures, photos, satellite images, interviews with residents and biblio-graphical survey for the development of mitigating measures in order to offer subsi-dies to the Government and solve the problems of the study area. It was established the eutrophication of the water eye and your bed, phenomenon originated by gar-bage dump at the site where the area's main pollution factor to lack of integration with the environment and consequently on environmental education of the residents, in this case it is essential to the concept of terms such as: environmental education, vulnerability, sustainable development, environment, risk and basic sanitation.
