O PROFESSOR DA MESMA DISCIPLINA DURANTE TODO ENSINO MÉDIO: OS LAÇOS DE AFETIVIDADE NO DESENVOLVIMENTO DA APRENDIZAGEM

Resumo:
O objetivo dessa Monografia é mostrar a importância da permanência do mesmo Professor que leciona a mesma disciplina durante o ensino médio, levando em consideração os laços afetivos para uma aprendizagem significativa do educando. Nesse sentido, foi preciso considerar que a aprendizagem eficiente depende da interação professor\aluno, assim, se um clima de confiança e uma atitude de respeito do professor com o discente são considerados e se o mesmo é emocionalmente estimulado em suas atividades escolares pelo professor existirá uma possibilidade maior dele exercitar melhor o pensamento e consequentemente aprender mais. Foi necessário verificar como os vínculos afetivos contribuem no processo de ensino e aprendizagem dos educandos, em uma escola pública do município de Quixeramobim-Ceará, correlacionando os laços afetivo-emocionais de seus alunos. Constatou-se quanto maior o período que o professor passa em sala, melhor é o aprendizado do seu educando. Por conseguinte, temos uma aprendizagem mais significativa e uma educação mais justa para os referidos discentes. Assim, pode considerar que quando existe a permaneça do mesmo professor de uma determinada disciplina durante todo Ensino Médio, contribui para que melhores alunos sejam identificados através de suas inteligências múltiplas e suas inúmeras habilidades.
The purpose of this monograph is to show the importance of staying the same teacher teaches the same course during high school, taking into account the emotional ties to a significant learning of the student. Thus, it was necessary to consider that effective learning depends on the teacher interaction \ student, so if a climate of trust and a teacher's attitude of respect with the students are considered and whether it is emotionally stimulated in their school activities by Professor exist greater possibility of his best training the mind and therefore learn more. It was necessary to see how the affective bonds contribute in the teaching and learning process of students in a public school in the municipality of Ceará - Quixeramobim by correlating affective and emotional ties to their students. It was found the longer the period that the teacher spends in the classroom, the better learning of their schooling. Therefore, we have a more meaningful learning and a fairer education for these students. So can consider that when there is remains the same teacher for a particular subject throughout high school, contributes to outstanding students are identified through their multiple intelligences and its many skills.
