Resumo:
O presente trabalho procurou através de uma pesquisa de campo, analisar o papel do coordenador escolar para a formação pedagógica de professores, tendo como campo de pesquisa a Escola de Ensino Médio Doutor Andrade Furtado II. A função do coordenador escolar surge da necessidade de um profissional que atue no acompanhamento e melhorias de processos pedagógicos. A sua atribuição está associada ao processo de formação em serviço dos professores. Deste modo, este estudo tem como objetivo geral analisar o papel do coordenador pedagógico nas formações continuadas dos professores da Escola de Ensino Médio Dr. Andrade Furtado II – Quixeramobim/Ce. Para o trabalho ser desenvolvido estruturou-se a fundamentação teórica com uma abordagem do tema através de uma reflexão, discorrendo historicamente sobre o contexto do coordenador escolar, em seguida uma reflexão sobre a importância da formação pedagógica/continuada para os professores, e por fim a relevância do mesmo no processo de formação pedagógica dos professores. Dentre os teóricos a serem utilizados neste trabalho destacam-se: Saviane (2003), Almeida e Araújo (2017), Oliveira (2012), entre outros. Após a fundamentação teórica é apresentado a metodologia da pesquisa com uma abordagem qualitativa de cunho descritiva exploratória, assim como também o campo de pesquisa, sujeitos participantes e como ocorreu a coleta de dados. Em seguida, é apresentado os resultados da pesquisa seguidos de discussões sobre o papel do coordenador escolar na formação continuada dos professores e por fim, são apresentadas as considerações finais a título de conclusão do trabalho. Neste trabalho, foi investigado o papel do coordenador escolar na formação continuada dos professores, onde se observou que a função dele acontece no campo da mediação do trabalho pedagógico, sendo um parceiro do professor que deverá buscar em sua prática cotidiana o trabalho conjunto, a coletividade, o companheirismo e afetividade. Sendo que a sua principal atribuição é a promoção da formação continuada dos professores na escola, através da reflexão sobre as práticas cotidianas, viabilizando a relação teórica prática, promovendo momentos de trocas de experiências e compartilhamento de vivências bem sucedidas na sala de aula, buscando sempre resultados de aprendizagem satisfatórios e produtivos em relação a aprendizagem de professores e alunos.
The present work sought through a field research, to know the role of the school coordinator for the pedagogical training of teachers, having as a field of research the Secondary School Doctor Andrade Furtado II. The role of the school coordinator arises from the need of a professional who acts in the monitoring and improvement of pedagogical processes. The attribution of the pedagogical coordinator is associated to the process of in-service teacher training. Process called Continuing Education, both in the official texts of municipal and state departments of education, and in the recent literature on in-service training. Continuing Education is made necessary by the very nature of human knowledge and doing, as practices that are constantly changing. From this perspective, questions were built that guided this work: What is the role of the pedagogical coordinator in the ongoing formation of teachers? What is the importance for teachers to participate in formative moments for their pedagogical practice? For the work to be developed, it will begin the construction of the theoretical foundation with an approach of the theme through a reflection, discussing historically about the context of the school coordinator, then a reflection on the importance of the pedagogic / continuing formation for the teachers, and finally relevance of the school coordinator in the teachers' pedagogical training process, a data collection and questionnaire application will also be carried out to the teachers. Among the theorists to be used in this work, the following stand out: Saviane (2003), Almeida and Araújo (2017), Oliveira (2012), among others. This paper investigated the role of the school coordinator in the continuous formation of teachers, where it was observed that the role of the school coordinator happens in the field of mediation of pedagogical work, being a partner of the teacher, who should seek in their daily practice the joint work , the community, the companionship and affectivity. Being that its main attribution is the promotion of the continuous formation of the teachers in the school, through the reflection on the daily practices, enabling the practical theoretical relation, promoting moments of exchanges of experiences and sharing of successful experiences in the classroom, always seeking satisfactory and productive learning outcomes in relation to teacher and student learning.
