ANÁLISE DA RELAÇÃO TRABALHO-PRAZER-SOFRIMENTO NA PRÁTICA DOCENTE: UM ESTUDO PSICO ORGANIZACIONAL

Resumo:
O presente trabalho traz à discussão o tema: “análise da relação trabalho-prazer-sofrimento no cotidiano do docente, portanto, investiga como as relações interpessoais e intrapessoais convergem e atuam no bem-estar do professor e no exercício desta profissão. Investigamos a luz da literatura, em especial na teoria da “Psicodinâmica do Trabalho” as questões relacionadas ao sofrimento e prazer no cotidiano docente, aprofundando a compreensão das causas do surgimento desses sentimentos no oficio desses profissionais, destacando-se o sofrimento psíquico como um gerador de adoecimento físico e mental. A importância do tema deve ser ressaltada por possibilitar uma reflexão sobre as características do cotidiano e das atribuições docentes pois quando estas variáveis são adequadamente administradas podem produzir ressignificação criativa de vivências de sofrimento em satisfação pessoal. Assim a pesquisa tem caráter qualitativo e caracterizou-se como uma revisão bibliográfica, trazendo como referencias teóricos principais os seguintes autores Dejours (1992), Freire (1969), Freud (1969), Codo (2006), Arendt (1997) para fundamentar e analisar a trajetória desse profissional indispensável a nação.

Abstract:
The present work brings to the discussion the theme: "analysis of the relationship work-pleasure-suffering in the daily life of the teacher, therefore, it investigates how the interpersonal and intrapersonal relations converge and act on the welfare of the teacher and the exercise of this profession. In the light of literature, especially in the theory of "Work Psychodynamics", the questions related to suffering and pleasure in daily teaching, deepening the understanding of the causes of suffering and pleasure in the work of these professionals, highlighting the psychic suffering as a generator of physical and mental illness. The importance of the theme should be emphasized because it allows a necessary reflection on the characteristics of the daily life and the teaching assignments, since when these variables are properly administered they can produce creative re-signification of experiences of limitation. Thus the research has a qualitative character and was characterized as a bibliographical revision, bringing as main theoretical references the following authors Dejours (1992), Freire (1969), Freud (1969), Codo (2006), Arendt (1997) to base and to analyze the trajectory of this indispensable professional to the nation.
