O AMBIENTE ESCOLAR COMO INFLUÊNCIA NA CAPACIDADE DE RESILIÊNCIA DO DOCENTE

Resumo:
O presente trabalho analisa a capacidade resiliente do docente no ambiente escolar. Apesar do termo resiliência está presente em nosso cotidiano, ainda há quem desconheça, provocando uma reação de espanto em algumas pessoas. Considerando a realidade atual, onde o indivíduo enfrenta vários problemas e dificuldades na área financeira, emocional, profissional, muitas pessoas acabam desenvolvendo defesas psicológicas e culturais, que de modo geral, são formas de resiliência (SALLES e SALLES FILHO, 2018). Nesse sentido, esse trabalho tem como objetivo compreender de que maneira o espaço escolar influencia na capacidade resiliente do docente. Especificamente, entender o significado do termo resiliência, identificar os principais aspectos biológicos relacionados com a resiliência e apreender a importância de trabalhar esta habilidade com o professor. Nessa direção, optou-se por um percurso metodológico de uma abordagem qualitativa para favorecer a compreensão do tema e o método bibliográfico para ampliar o entendimento dessa concepção e a elaboração do conhecimento acerca do mesmo.
This paper analyzes the resilient capacity of the teacher in the school environment. Although the term resilience is present in our daily lives, there are still those who do not know, provoking a reaction of astonishment in some people. Considering the current reality, where the individual faces various problems and difficulties in the financial, emotional, professional, many people end up developing psychological and cultural defenses, which in general, are forms of resilience (SALLES and SALLES FILHO, 2018). In this sense, this work aims to understand how the school space influences the resilient capacity of the teacher. Specifically, understand the meaning of the term resilience, identify the key biological aspects related to resilience and grasp the importance of working this skill with the teacher. In this direction, we chose a methodological approach of a qualitative approach to favor the understanding of the subject and the bibliographic method to broaden the understanding of this conception and the elaboration of the knowledge about it.
