O GESTOR PEDAGÓGICO E O PLANEJAMENTO DE ENSINO NA EDUCAÇÃO INFANTIL

Resumo:
O planejamento enquanto processo reflexivo conduz a questionamentos e a práxis viabilizadora de aprendizagens e desenvolvimento da criança. O planejamento de ensino necessita da orientação de um indivíduo formado e capacitado para guiar essa ação. O gestor pedagógico, por ser responsável pelas questões pedagógicas na escola não poderia deixar de ser o condutor desse momento, dessa viagem rumo ao conhecimento, interações e experiências. Este trabalho se insere nessa temática na busca de analisar a atuação do gestor pedagógico no planejamento de ensino na educação infantil. Para responder ao seguinte questionamento: de que forma acorre a atuação do gestor pedagógico no planejamento de ensino na Educação Infantil? Elaborou-se como objetivo geral: analisar a atuação do gestor pedagógico da educação infantil frente ao planejamento de ensino. E como objetivos específicos: traçar as funções que vem sendo atribuídas ao gestor pedagógico ao longo da história da educação brasileira; compreender a organização do planejamento de ensino na educação infantil e a atuação do gestor pedagógico nesse processo; analisar as concepções dos professores e gestor pedagógico sobre o planejamento de ensino na educação infantil e a atuação do gestor pedagógico nesse processo. Para alcançar os objetivos propostos optou-se pela pesquisa de campo, com viés qualitativo, utilizou-se como instrumentos de coletas de dados observações, questionários, entrevista, análise documental e diário de campo. A análise dos dados ocorreu de forma reflexiva, através da busca pela compreensão da realidade estudada. Percebeu-se que a gestora pedagógica atua parcialmente nos processos que envolvem o planejamento de ensino, e que muitos fatores relacionados a material, estrutura física, prioridades das ações desenvolvidas, autonomia da escola e organização da hora- atividade influenciam negativamente para a atuação pedagógica desse profissional. Como conclusão obteve-se a confirmação da importância da atuação do gestor pedagógico na escola, em especial, na elaboração, condução e acompanhamento do planejamento de ensino. Constatou-se as seguintes necessidades: formação continuada para o gestor pedagógico, continuidade das ações que envolvem o planejamento de ensino, desenvolver a autonomia da escola, da arquitetura da instituição ser favorável às atividades desenvolvidas e do conhecimento da educação infantil e de suas particularidades. Assim como, da urgência do conhecimento das funções do gestor pedagógico para que o mesmo posso desenvolver com êxito sua atuação no que diz respeito aos processos que envolvem o planejamento de ensino.

Abstract:
Planning as a reflexive process leads to questioning and the praxis that facilitates learning and development of the child. Teaching planning requires the guidance of an individual trained and able to guide this action. The pedagogical manager, being responsible for the pedagogical issues in the school, could not fail to be the driver of this moment, of this journey towards knowledge, interactions and experiences. This work is inserted in this theme in the search of analyzing the performance of the pedagogical manager in the planning of teaching in the infantile education. To answer the following question: in what form does the pedagogical manager act in the planning of teaching in Early Childhood Education? It was elaborated like general objective: to analyze the action of the pedagogical manager of the infantile education in front of the planning of education. And as specific objectives: to outline the functions that have been assigned to the pedagogical manager throughout the history of Brazilian education; understand the organization of teaching planning in early childhood education and the role of the pedagogical manager in this process; to analyze the conceptions of the teachers and pedagogical manager on the planning of education in the infantile education and the action of the pedagogic manager in that process. In order to reach the proposed objectives, we opted for field research, with qualitative bias, observations, questionnaires, interviews, documentary analysis and field diaries were used as instruments of data collection. The analysis of the data occurred in a reflexive way, through the search for an understanding of the studied reality. It was noticed that the pedagogical manager acts partially in the processes that involve the planning of teaching, and that many factors related to material, physical structure, priorities of the developed actions, autonomy of the school and organization of the hour-activity influence negatively for the pedagogical performance of this professional. As a conclusion, the importance of the pedagogical manager's role in the school was confirmed, especially in the design, conduct and follow-up of teaching planning. The following needs were observed: continuous training for the pedagogical manager, continuity of the actions that involve the planning of teaching, development of school autonomy, architecture of the institution to be favorable to the activities developed and knowledge of the children's education and its particularities. As well as of the urgency of the knowledge of the functions of the pedagogic manager so that the same one can develop successfully its action with respect to the processes that involve the planning of teaching.
