Resumo:
A Política da Urbanização na Universidade Federal do Amapá – Campus Marco Zero do Equador: Do Planejamento à Gestão do Espaço Público. Apresenta um recorte sobre o processo histórico de ocupação e construção do espaço urbano da UNIFAP no município de Macapá, relacionando as atividades de Planejamento e Gestão Governamental. Procurou-se investigar quais os principais instrumentos que balizaram o processo de expansão do campus universitário, bem como verificar a percepção da comunidade universitária na dimensão de saneamento da infraestrutura existente. Para o desenvolvimento desta pesquisa foram consultadas referências de planejamento urbano, saneamento e além de documentos publicados no site da universidade. A pesquisa qualitativa apresenta o resultado de entrevistas realizadas com gestores que atuaram no processo de planejamento do espaço institucional. A investigação apontou que a construção dos espaços deve estar em consonância aos dispositivos legais, seja em âmbito nacional, regional e municipal, mas, sobretudo, deve proporcionar uma maior participação da comunidade. Dentre os desafios para novos gestores, percebe-se a necessidade de diálogo com a comunidade devido à sinalização de cortes de recursos orçamentários que devem afetar não só a UNIFAP, mas em todas as universidades federais do país. Abstract:
The Urbanization Policy of the Federal University of Amapá - Marco Zero Campus of Ecuador: Conduct Public Space Management Planning. It presents a compilation of history of occupation and the construction of the urban space of the UNIFAP in the municipality of Macapá, relating them with the activities of Planning and Government Management. It was sought to investigate the main instruments that led to the expansion of the university campus, as well as to verify the perception of the university community regarding the sanitation dimension of the existing infrastructure. For the development of this research were referenced references of urban planning, sanitation and in addition to documents published on the university website. The qualitative research presents the result of interviews with managers who work in the process of planning the institutional space. The research was intended to construct spaces in line with legal provisions, be it at the national, regional and municipal level, but, above all, a greater participation of the community. The challenges for the new gestures, perceive the need for a dialogue with a community due to the signaling of budget cuts that should be affected, not only by UNIFAP, but in all the federal colleges of the country.
