POLITICAS PÚBLICAS NO ÂMBITO DA EDUCAÇÃO ALIMENTAR E NUTRICIONAL DO PROGRAMA NACIONAL DE ALIMENTAÇÃO ESCOLAR:UMA REVISÃO LITERÁRIA

Resumo:
O presente artigo reflete sobre as politicas públicas no âmbito da educação alimentar e nutricional vigente no contexto atual, enaltecendo a importância que a mesma na educação alimentar e nutricional nos campos da saúde, bem como o seu percurso histórico, que tem sido discutida por diferentes autores. Foram objetivos: Identificar as ações educativas executadas no âmbito do PNAE no sentido de adquirir conhecimento sobre a sua funcionalidade na educação e verificar nos artigos científicos ou literatura cientifica nos anos de 2009 a 2017 e o que vem sendo feito com relação a estas ações no âmbito dos outros estados brasileiros. Nesse contexto são discutidas no âmbito das políticas públicas de alimentação e nutrição partindo de uma análise de diferentes artigos que abordaram sobre o referido tema. Buscando identificar as abordagens teóricas e metodológicas que norteiam as práticas educativas. Dessa forma foi possível constatar que a educação alimentar e nutricional tem sido alvo de debates na busca de concebê-la como uma ação governamental tendo como parceira a agricultura familiar. Os resultados indicaram eficácia na política de compra de gêneros alimentícios da agricultura familiar tornando-se um importante mecanismo de comercialização que proporciona benefícios socioeconômicos aos agricultores familiares. Compreende-se a partir dos estudos que a educação alimentar e nutricional é menos um instrumento do que um dispositivo de ações conjugadas que devem envolver diferentes setores e disciplinas, entretanto, demanda investimentos na formação profissional e na produção de conhecimento no campo. Os resultados da pesquisa corroboraram para compreender o trabalho que é realizado no âmbito do município de Barreira e consideramos que existe uma relação muito próxima entre os trabalhos que são desenvolvidos nos municípios brasileiros. Abstract:
This article reflects on the public policies in the field of food and nutritional education in the current context, highlighting the importance of this in food and nutritional education in the health field, as well as its history, which has been discussed by different authors . The objectives were: To identify the educational actions carried out within the scope of the PNAE in order to acquire knowledge about its functionality in education and verify in the scientific articles or scientific literature in the years 2009 to 2017 and what has been done in relation to these actions in the scope of other Brazilian states. In this context, they are discussed in the context of the public policies of food and nutrition, starting from an analysis of different articles that deal with this topic. Seeking to identify the theoretical and methodological approaches that guide educational practices. In this way it was possible to verify that the food and nutritional education has been the object of debates in the search of conceiving it as a governmental action having as partner the family agriculture. The results indicated an efficacy in the policy of purchasing food from family farms, becoming an important commercialization mechanism that provides socioeconomic benefits to family farmers. It is understood from the studies that food and nutritional education is less an instrument than a device of joint actions that should involve different sectors and disciplines, however, it demands investments in vocational training and in the production of knowledge in the field. The results of the research corroborated to understand the work that is carried out within the municipality of Barreira and we consider that there is a very close relation between the works that are developed in the Brazilian municipalities.
