ANÁLISE DE RÓTULOS DE PAPINHAS INFANTIS SOB A ÓTICA DA LEGISLAÇÃO DE ALERGÊNICOS

Esta pesquisa analisou os rótulos de papinhas industrializados como alimentos infantis, comercializados em Fortaleza – Ceará, conforme preconiza a legislação vigente. Constituiu-se em um estudo quantitativo, de caráter descritivo, onde foram analisadas papinhas industrializadas e papinhas orgânicas de diferentes marcas, com o total de 30 rótulos, sendo 10 de cada marca. Na coleta de dados foram avaliados os rótulos de algumas papinhas infantis dando enfoque na RDC nº 26 de 02 de julho de 2015, acompanhado pela lista de verificação. Dentre as papinhas analisadas, foi possível verificar que a marca 1 obteve maior conformidade nos rótulos analisados (88%) e a marca 2 obteve menor percentual de conformidade (66%) isso deve-se por ser uma marca menor comparada com as demais marcas analisadas. Observou-se que na marca 1, 2 e 3 os itens que abordam a declaração estão localizados imediatamente após ou abaixo da lista de ingredientes, em caráter legíveis e em caixa alta estão presentes na lista de verificação, apresentam-se com maior índice de não conformidade, abaixo da adequação de 70%. Conclui-se que, uma possível solução seria o maior comprometimento das indústrias, além de maior fiscalização por parte dos órgãos governamentais, objetivando o cumprimento da legislação brasileira vigente e garantindo os direitos dos consumidores, particularmente, do público infantil.
This research analyzed the labels of industrialized baby food as marketed in Fortaleza - Ceará, according to the current legislation. It consisted of a quantitative study, of descriptive character, in which were analyzed industrial potato chips and organic chips of different brands, with a total of 30 labels, 10 of each brand. In the collection of data were evaluated the labels of some children's pamphlets focusing on RDC nº 26 of July 2, 2015, accompanied by the checklist. Among the analyzed samples, it was possible to verify that mark 1 obtained greater conformity in the labels analyzed (88%) and mark 2 obtained a lower percentage of conformity (66%), which is due to being a smaller mark compared to the other brands analyzed . It was observed that in items 1, 2 and 3 the items that deal with the declaration are located immediately after or below the list of ingredients, in legible characters and in the
upper box they are present in the check list, they present themselves with a higher index of non conformity, below the 70% adequacy. It is concluded that a possible solution would be the greater commitment of the industries, in addition to greater oversight by government agencies, aiming at compliance with the Brazilian legislation in force and guaranteeing the rights of consumers, particularly the children's audience.
