VIOLÊNCIA NAS ESCOLAS: É CASO DE POLÍCIA? A PARCERIA ENTRE ESCOLA E POLÍCIA NO COMBATE A VIOLÊNCIA NAS ESCOLAS DA ZONA NORTE DE MACAPÁ

Resumo:
A violência escolar tem se tornado um fenômeno constante e cada vez mais intenso nas rotinas das escolas. Sua recorrência preocupa e o seu enfrentamento é considerado um desafio que se impõe aos pais, educadores e autoridades. É um desafio social compreender a complexidade das suas manifestações e representações presentes nas escolas. Houve a intencionalidade de compreender por que educadores e gestores educacionais perdem o espaço no debate público sobre o tema, ganhando desta forma, espaço para atuação policial. O objeto está circunscrito à parceria Polícia e escola no combate a violência nas escolas da Zona Norte de Macapá. A demarcação temporal para essa pesquisa decorreu no levantamento de informações a respeito da relação polícia e escola nos anos de 2017 a 2019, para que assim possibilite à categorização das ações do Policiamento em decorrência as ações das unidades de ensino. O objetivo desse estudo foi investigar como essa parceria elucida soluções sobre atos de violência que afetem negativamente a escola e os meios a ela relacionados. As fontes da pesquisa foram: estudo bibliográfico, visita de campo, análise documental, observação, entrevistas e aplicação de questionários. O referencial teórico-metodológico se fundamentou nas manifestações de violência e as implicações no cotidiano escolar, sobre a ótica de alguns autores como Bourdieu, Foucalt, Rolim, Bayley, Paulo Freire, Abramovay, Oliveira, entre outros que associados a suas idéias interligam as discussões acerca do tema. A pesquisa mostrou que essa relação policia escola é necessária, porém deve haver uma presença maior dos demais setores que articulam ações nesse contexto para que cada caso seja abordado de forma sistêmica nas especificidades das atuações. Abstract:
The school violence has become a sustained phenomenon and it is growing more intense in scholar routine. Its recurrence it is a cause for concern and its confrontation is a challenge for parents, educators and authorities. It is a social challenge to understand the manifestations’ complexity and the representations in the school. The intention was to comprehend why educators and education managers have lost space in the public debate about the topic; therefore, the police action have gained strength. The object covers the partnership between the Police and the school in the fight against the violence in the schools in the North Zone of Macapá. The time boundary for this study was the information gathering about the relationship between the police and the school from 2017 to 2019, so that it is possible the police actions’ categorization as a result of actions in the learning unites. This study’s objective was investigate how that partnership elucidates solutions about actions of violence that adversely affect the school and the related spaces. The research sources were: bibliographic study, field visit, document analysis, observation, interviews and questionnaires. The theoretical and methodological benchmark are based on the expressions of violence and the implications on school routine, under the viewpoint from Bourdieu, Foucalt, Rolim, Bayley, Paulo Freire, Abramovay, Oliveira, among others that use their ideas to interconnect the discussion on this topic. The study shows that the relationship between police and school is necessary; however, it should be a bigger presence of other areas that articulate actions in this context, so that each case is addressed in a systemic way, respecting the actions specificities.
