Resumo:
Esta dissertação, intitulada A Mulher em Situação de Violência no Contexto da Política Pública: uma Análise Jurídica e Social no Centro de Atendimento à Mulher e a Família na Cidade de Macapá (CAMUF), tem como objetivo analisar se o Centro de Atendimento à Mulher e à Família (CAMUF), inserido na rede de políticas públicas, desenvolve ações que viabilizam os aspectos jurídicos e sociais às mulheres em situação de violência doméstica na cidade de Macapá. O presente estudo faz uma reflexão sobre a questão da violência contra a mulher articulado às políticas públicas, tendo como foco fundamentos teóricos de: Bourdieu (1999), Osterne (2011), Frota (2012), Campos (2006), Dias (2019) e Neto (2018), além de outros estudiosos que pesquisam sobre a temática evidenciada. Esses focalizam sobre genêro, refletindo nesses processos sobre a violência doméstica, e as implicações das políticas públicas para erradicar os altos índices de violência que perpassa nos ambientes familiares. A pesquisa tem uma abordagem qualitativa, realizada por meio de pesquisa exploratória, do tipo estudo de caso, no Centro de Atendimento à Mulher (CAMUF), situado na cidade de Macapá, Estado do Amapá, Norte do Brasil. Quanto aos instrumentos para coleta de dados, optou-se pela entrevista, observação e análise documental. Foram informantes: secretária da SEPM, coordenadora, psicóloga, advogado, pedagoga, assistente social e mulheres vítimas de violência. Por meio das entrevistas e dos documentos analisados, foi possível observar que o CAMUF, integrante da rede de políticas públicas, realiza ações preventivas e terapêuticas junto às mulheres, possibilitando-lhes reconhecerem seu empoderamento. Os resultados mostraram que os projetos desenvolvidos na instituição tentam resgatar a mulher do cenário da violência na medida em que passam a conhecer os aspectos jurídicos, bem como na sua vida social, gradativamente, constroem vivência baseada na busca de seus direitos e deveres, apesar das dificuldades que o CAMUF enfrenta quanto aos aspectos administrativos e financeiros. Abstract:
This dissertation, entitled the Woman in Situation of Violence in the Context of the Public Policies: a Legal and Social Analysis in the Center of Assistance to the Woman and the Family in the City of Macapá (CAMUF), it has the aim analyze if the Center of Assistance to the Woman and the Family (CAMUF), as part of the Public Policies network, develops actions that contribute to assure the women's legal and social rights in situation of domestic violence in the city of Macapá. The present study makes a reflection on the issue involving the violence against women articulated to the public policies, using as theoretical foundations: Bourdieu (1999), Osterne (2011), Frota (2012), Campos (2006), Dias (2019) and Neto (2018), besides other authors that research on this evidenced theme. Those who focus on gender, thinking in these processes about the domestic violence, and the implications of the public policies in order to eradicate the high violence rates that occur in the family environment. The research has a qualitative format, using exploratory research, accomplished through a case study in the Center of Assistance to the Woman and the Family (CAMUF), located in the city of Macapá, State of Amapá, North of Brazil. Interviews were used to support the data, observation and document analysis. Secretary of SEPM, coordinator, psychologist, lawyer, educator, social worker and women who were victims of violence were interviewed. Through the interviews accomplished and the analyzed documents, it was possible to observe that CAMUF, official of the public policies network, have developed preventive and therapeutic actions close to the women, enabling them to recognize their empowering. The results showed that the projects developed by the institution intend to rescue these women from the violence scenario, in the means that they start to know the legal aspects, as well as social life, gradually, they can get to build a living based on the search for their rights and duties, although the difficulties that CAMUF have faced according to the financial and administrative aspects.
