UMA REFLEXÃO NO CAMINHAR DO PASSEIO PÚBLICO NAS VIAS DO CONJUNTO MACAPABA, NA CIDADE DE MACAPÁ-AP

A temática da acessibilidade é extremamente atual, seja pelo número de pessoas que possuem deficiência e mobilidade reduzida, seja pelos obstáculos encontrados nos espaço público e privado. Nesse contexto, importar refletir como as vias do conjunto Macapaba, na cidade de Macapá (AP) atende as condições de acessibilidade aos seus residentes com deficienciência física (cadeirante) e de mobilidade reduzida. Para essa análise, o uso da metodologia qualitativa, a análise de conteúdo, entrevista e a utilização de check list foram fundamanetais para entender o uso das normas técnicas e legislações referentes no caminhar no residencial. Foi pensando neste assunto que o trabalho buscou por meio dos itens dimensões: calçadas, pisos, travessia, bem como obstáculos e a infraestrutura (mobiliário urbano), analisar as vias do residencial, se estão de acordo com a norma e legislações referentes à acessibilidade. Investigou-se, também, qual a percepção dos usuários com deficiência física (cadeirante) e de mobilidade reduzida quanto às condições do espaço urbano; como eles vivenciam suas experiências no residencial. Notou-se uma defasagem entre a teoria e a legislação que oferecem e também a realidade pesquisada, pois é possível identificar barreiras arquitetônicas e falhas na adaptação e funcionalidade dos equipamentos as quais, além de acarretar sofrimento e constrangimento, cooperam diretamente para que as pessoas se afastem do convívio social. Abstract:
The theme of accessibility is extremely current, either by the number of people with disabilities and reduced mobility, or by the obstacles encountered in public and private space. In this context, it is important to reflect how the Macapaba complex in the city of Macapá (AP) meets the conditions of accessibility of its residents with physical disabilities (wheelchair users) and reduced mobility.For this analysis, the use of the qualitative methodology, the content analysis, interview and the use of check list were fundamental to understand the use of technical norms and legislation regarding walking in the residential. It was thinking about this subject that the work sought through the dimensions dimensions: sidewalks, floors, crossing, as well as obstacles and the infrastructure (urban furniture), to analyze the ways of the residential, if they are in agreement with the norm and legislations related to the accessibility.It was also investigated the perception of the users with physical disability (wheelchair) and of reduced mobility regarding the conditions of the urban space; how they experience their experiences in the residential. There was a discrepancy between the theory and legislation they offer and also the researched reality, because it is possible to identify architectural barriers and failures in the adaptation and functionality of the equipment which, in addition to causing suffering and constraint, cooperate directly so that people away from social life.
