O TRABALHO NOS GRUPOS DE PESQUISA STRICTO SENSU DE UMA UNIVERSIDADE PÚBLICA, À LUZ DA PSICODINÂMICA DO TRABALHO

Resumo:
Esta pesquisa aborda como tema o trabalho nos grupos de pesquisa stricto sensu em uma universidade pública, à luz da Psicodinâmica do trabalho (PDT). Trata-se de uma pesquisa qualitativa que utiliza a lente teórica da PDT como conjunto de categorias analíticas para interpretação dos dados empíricos. Considerando as lacunas na literatura que abrangem, por um lado, a análise do trabalho a partir da PDT e, por outro, o trabalho acadêmico-científico nas Instituições de Ensino Superior (IES), a pesquisa tem como objetivo compreender o trabalho nos grupos de pesquisa stricto sensu à luz da PDT. A lente teórica e o objeto da pesquisa são apresentados no referencial teórico, organizado em duas partes. Na primeira parte, aborda-se o tema Psicodinâmica do trabalho e trabalho acadêmico-científico, apresentando-se os seguintes subtemas: i) dimensões de contexto: organização, condições e relações de trabalho; ii) dimensões de conteúdo: da subjetividade à cooperação no trabalho e iii) trabalho acadêmico-científico: características e evidências de prazer-sofrimento. Na segunda parte, discorre-se sobre o objeto, grupos de pesquisa, por meio do delineamento de(i) concepções de grupos de pesquisa; (ii) composição dos grupos de pesquisa e (iii) organização dos grupos de pesquisa. Quanto à metodologia, a pesquisa de campo foi realizada em uma universidade pública por meio de entrevista semiestruturada, selecionada por conveniência e acessibilidade. O corpus empírico foi selecionado a partir dos critérios de diversificação (interna e externa), compreendendo o total de doze sujeitos de cinco grupos de pesquisa de áreas diferentes (Ciências Exatas e da Terra, Ciências da Computação, Ciências Sociais Aplicadas, Ciências Biológicas e Ciências da Saúde), envolvendo cinco pesquisadores-líderes e sete pesquisadores não líderes. Os dados foram analisados por meio da técnica de Análise dos Núcleos de Sentido (ANS) de onde emergiram nove temas apresentados na seção de análise e apresentação dos resultados a partir de uma narrativa totalizante. O contexto de trabalho estudado contribui para o aprofundamento teórico da PDT ao apresentar evidências importantes acerca do trabalho imaterial e do papel das dimensões relações, cooperação, prazer e estratégias de defesa para compensação do sofrimento em torno, principalmente, do produtivismo acadêmico. Ademais, os achados contribuem para acentuar a importância da dimensão organização do trabalho como fonte das vivências de prazer-sofrimento no trabalho. A organização do trabalho nos grupos não se mostra rígida. Acredita-se que isso seja resultado do engajamento dos participantes para a realização de ajustes à organização do trabalho acadêmico-científico. Como estudo pioneiro na análise da relação homem-trabalho
em um contexto ainda não explorado à luz da PDT, tal teoria mostrou-se adequada para atender ao objeto. Não menos importante, os resultados da pesquisa servem para fortalecer a importância de se compreender as atividades discentes nas IES como trabalho, ideia defendida somente recentemente na literatura e aprofundada por meio das falas dos acadêmicos entrevistados. Essa constatação é importante, tanto em nível individual quanto coletivo, para o enfrentamento dos fatores que podem acentuar o sofrimento no trabalho dos grupos de pesquisa, estabelecido entre o prazer e a obrigação de pesquisar.

Abstract:
This research approaches as a topic the work in the stricto sensu research groups in a public university, under leans of Work Psychodynamics (WP). This is a qualitative research that uses the theoretical WP as collection of analytical category for the interpretation of empirical data. Considering the gaps in the literature that cover, on the one hand, the analysis of the work from the PDT and, on the other, the academic-scientific work in the Institutions of Higher Education (IHE), the research aims to understand the work in the research groups stricto sensu under the WP perspective. The theoretical lens and the object of the research are presented in the theoretical framework, organized in two parts. In the first part the subject is addressed Psychodynamics of work and academic-scientific work, where the sub-themes are presented: i) context dimensions: organization, working conditions and relations; ii) dimensions of content: from subjectivity to cooperation in work and iii) academic-scientific work: characteristics and evidences of pleasure-suffering; in the second part, the research groups are described on the object, through the delineation of: i) conceptions of research groups; ii) composition of research groups and iii) organization of research groups. As for the methodology, the field research was carried out in a public university through a semistructured interview, selected for convenience and accessibility. The empirical corpus was selected based on the criteria of diversification (internal and external), comprising a total of twelve subjects from five research groups from different areas (Earth and Exact Sciences, Computer Science, Applied Social Sciences, Biological Sciences and Sciences of health), involving five leading researchers and seven non-leading researchers. The data were analyzed through the technique of Analysis of Sense Cores (ANS) from which emerged nine themes, presented in the analysis section and presentation of the results from a totalizing narrative. The context of this study contributes to the theoretical deepening of the PDT by presenting important evidences about immaterial work, as well as the role of the dimensions of relations, cooperation, pleasure and defense strategies, to compensate for the suffering around, mainly, academic productivism. On the other hand, the findings contribute to emphasize the importance of the dimension of work organization as a source of the experiences of pleasure-suffering at work, in the groups the organization tends to this, but is not rigid because of the participants' engagement for adjustments. As a pioneering study in the analysis of the man-work relationship in a context not yet explored under the WP perspective, such a theory proved to be adequate to attend to the object. Not less importantly, the research results serve
to strengthen the importance of understanding student activities in IHE as a work, an idea that was only recently defended in the literature and deepened through the speeches of the students interviewed. This finding is important, both on an individual and collective level, for confrontation by the subjects involved in research groups stricto sensu, against the factors of work organization established between pleasure and the obligation to research.
