Resumo:
Este estudo objetiva analisar como se insere a humanização na formação dos
alunos participantes d o PET Saúde da Universidade Estadual do Ceará (UECE),
na perspectiva da articulação ensino serviço comunidade. E Estudo de caso com abordagem qualitativa, desenvolvido junto aos participantes do PET Saúde
Fortalecendo a Rede de Assistência à Saúde da Ges tante e da Criança em
Maracanaú, perfazendo um total de 13 sujeitos. Os instrumentos de coleta de dados
são a entrevista semiestruturada e o grupo focal. Os dados foram analisados com
base n na Análise de Conteúdo, numa perspectiva crítico-reflexiva. Os resultados evidenciaram a pluralidade de percepções sobre a humanização, o que denota a polissemia deste termo. Os entrevistados entendem a humanização como integrante das relações intersubjetivas no âmbito do trabalho em saúde mediante uma relação profissional-usuário, sinalizando a interface com a integralidade, embora problematizem a humanização em saúde, por a perceberem como intrínseca à natureza do humano. No âmbito específico da formação em saúde, apontam que a inserção da humanização na graduação é ato ocorrente de modo heterogêneo nos distintos cursos, em que na Medicina e na Enfermagem há aparentemente maior inclusão na matriz curricular, sendo que Biologia e Medicina Veterinária, por exemplo, ainda não incluíram a humanização nessa matriz. No âmbito das práticas formativas desenvolvidas, apontam o desenvolvimento de grupos de discussão sobre a humanização e a mudança em alguns serviços de saúde por meio da implementação de princípios e diretrizes da Política Nacional de Humanização. Por outro lado, ocorreu fragilidade na integração ensino-serviços, expressa na baixa inserção dos monitores nas unidades de saúde, limitando a formação pelo trabalho, bem como a possibilidade de mudanças do modelo de atenção fomentada pelas contribuições da Universidade. O PET-Saúde, contudo, se mostrou como espaço de formação sobre humanização, com potência para reorientar a formação em saúde, por meio da inclusão da temática em questão. Por fim, entende-se que, para consolidar o PET - Saúde e reafirmá-lo como campo fértil para a entrada dos estudos sobre humanidades em saúde, recomenda-se: uma ação político-administrativa das instâncias governamentais competentes e das instituições formadoras, com vistas a consolidar o PET-Saúde como estratégia para efetivar a reorientação da formação em saúde, principalmente fortalecendo a integração ensino-serviço; a inserção da humanização no projeto políticopedagógico de todos os cursos da saúde da Universidade Estadual do Ceará, de forma abrangente; a inserção de conteúdos referentes à humanização e sua política no projeto pedagógico do PET-Saúde como contributo para a formação humanística dos monitores e, concomitantemente, promover ações humanizadas nos serviços; formação pedagógica e educação permanente para preceptores, incluindo a humanização em saúde, com vistas à qualificação das práticas de saúde em seus locais de trabalho.

Abstract:
This study aims at analyzing how the humanization in the training of participants in the PET-Saúde, Universidade Estadual do Ceará (UECE), operates, under the perspective of teaching, services and community. It is a case study with a qualitative approach, developed with the participants of the PET Saúde Fortalecendo a Rede
de Assistência à S aúde da Gestante e da Criança in Maracanaú Ceará, Brazil, with a total of 13 subjects. The data collection instruments are semi-structured interviews and focus group. Data were analyzed based on content analysis, from a critical and reflective perspective. The results showed the plurality of perceptions of humanization, which denotes the polysemy of this term. Respondents understand humanization as part of interpersonal relations within the health work through professional-user relationship, signaling the interface with the completeness, although questioning the health humanization, once they realize that it is intrinsic to the human nature. In the specific context of health training, it is highlighted that the inclusion of humanization in undergraduate curses occurs and acts heterogeneously in different courses, while in Medicine and Nursing there is apparently a greater inclusion in the syllabus, and in Biology and Veterinary Medicine, for example, humanization has not yet been included. As part of training practices developed, it is suggested that there is development of discussion groups on humanitarian and change in health services through the implementation of principles and guidelines of the Política Nacional de Humanização. On the other hand, there was weakness in integrating teaching and services, expressed in the low participation of monitors in health facilities, limited training for the work, as well as the ability to change the care model promoted by the contributions of the University. The PET-Saúde, however, proved to be a training scenario on humanization, with power to reorient the education of health professionals through the inclusion of the theme in question. Finally, it is understood that in order to consolidate the PET-Saúde and reaffirm it as fertile ground for the entry of health studies in the humanities, the following issues are recommended: a political-administrative action by the competent government bodies and educational institutions, aiming at consolidating the PET-Saúde as a strategy to put into effect the reorientation of health training, mainly strengthening the teaching-service integration; the insertion of the humanization of the political project of all the health courses at the Universidade Estadual do Ceará in a comprehensive manner; the inclusion of content related to the Política Nacional de Humanização in the pedagogical project of the PET-Saúde as a contribution to the humanistic training of monitors and concomitantly promotes humanized actions in services; teacher training and continuing education for tutors, including health humanization, aiming at qualifying health practices in their workplaces.
