Resumo:
O uso das Tecnologias Digitais da Informação e Comunicação (TDIC’s) já faz parte do cotidiano de todos, nativos e imigrantes digitais, porém sua utilização na Educação ainda enfrenta grandes desafios no século XXI. Relacionados às questões de ideologias, infraestruturais e formativas, o que reflete de maneira negativa sobre os processos de ensino, aprendizagem e aquisição do conhecimento. A escola e os docentes devem mediar estes processos de maneira a mitigar os impactos negativos da rede, transformando seus educandos em jovens autônomos e críticos, e assim democratizar o conhecimento, que atualmente conecta saberes empíricos e científicos em todo o planeta. Este trabalho objetiva analisar e discutir sobre o uso direcionado das TDIC’s, práticas com as Tecnologias Móveis Sem Fio (TMSF) em sala de aula e na mobilidade, contemplando as diversas possibilidades de acesso no Mobile Learning, rompendo fronteiras de tempo e espaço, de forma a possibilitar um ensino colaborativo e interativo. A pesquisa em sua natureza aplicada se destina à análise e resolução de uma problemática, utilizando-se as pesquisas bibliográficas e de campo com práticas em sala de aula, individuais e coletivas, além do acompanhamento na mobilidade e aplicação de questionários à 70 alunos para exploração dos resultados. Procurou-se compreender o uso das TDIC’s pelos educandos e sua importância enquanto recurso pedagógico, nas suas múltiplas mídias vinculado à criticidade e às transformações sociais, econômicas, ambientais e culturais, uma vez que o conhecimento é o poder, e através deste muitas mudanças podem ocorrer. Contudo, deve-se ressaltar a necessidade de investimentos em formação docente e infraestrutura das escolas, municípios e estados para promover um acesso inclusivo e de qualidade para todos. Portanto, compreender os avanços tecnológicos e sua amplitude, é também perceber o papel dos diversos atores sociais, baseando-se no desenvolvimento de uma Educação significativa, que promova a democratização dos saberes e a autonomia, para que não sejamos reféns de nossa própria criação, rompendo barreiras de preconceito e segregação.

Abstract:
The use of Digital Information and Communication Technologies (TDICs) is already part of everyday life for all, natives and digital immigrants, but its use in Education still faces major challenges in the 21st century. Related to questions of ideologies, infrastructural and formative, which reflects in a negative way on the processes of teaching, learning and knowledge acquisition. School and teachers must mediate these processes in ways that mitigate the negative impacts of the network, transforming their learners into autonomous and critical young people, and thus democratize the knowledge that currently connects empirical and scientific knowledge across the globe. This work aims at analyzing and discussing the direct use of TDICs, practices with Wireless Mobile Technologies (TMSF) in the classroom and in mobility, contemplating the different possibilities of access in Mobile Learning, breaking boundaries of time and space, in a way to enable collaborative and interactive teaching. The research in its applied nature is intended to analyze and solve a problem, using bibliographical and field research with classroom practices, individual and collective, as well as monitoring the mobility and the application of questionnaires to 70 students for exploration of the results. It was tried to understand the use of the TDICs by the students and its importance as a pedagogical resource, in its multiple media linked to the criticity and to the social, economic, environmental and cultural transformations, since knowledge is the power, and through this many changes can to occur. However, it is necessary to emphasize the need for investments in teacher training and infrastructure of schools, municipalities and states to promote inclusive and quality access for all. Therefore, understanding the technological advances and their amplitude is also to understand the role of the various social actors, based on the development of a significant Education, which promotes the democratization of knowledge and autonomy, so that we are not hostages of our own creation, breaking barriers of prejudice and segregation.
