FORMAÇÃO DOS ENFERMEIROS E AS DIRETRIZES CURRICULARES

Resumo:
Realizar o Estado da Questão sobre a formação do enfermeiro e as Diretrizes Curriculares Nacionais para o curso de Enfermagem foi o objetivo principal deste estudo qualitativo, indireto e documental apoiado na metodologia do Estado da Questão. Com este objetivo foi realizada a investigação nas bases de dados da Literatura Latino-Americana e do Caribe em Ciências da Saúde - LILACS, Scientific Eletronic Library Online - SCIELO e Base de dados em Enfermagem- BDENF, base de dados temática que faz parte do Sistema LILACS, no período de janeiro 2009 a julho de 2015. A pesquisa ocorre a partir da análise dos marcos legais da educação superior no Brasil e da compreensão da formação do enfermeiro com ênfase nas Diretrizes Curriculares Nacionais, foco do estudo. A seguir, identificam-se as produções científicas que abordam a temática nos últimos seis anos; faz-se o mapeamento e descrição dos estudos encontrados quanto ao tipo, ao ano de publicação, ao local, ao título e ao autor. A análise dos dados deu-se com a sistematização dos conteúdos das diferentes fontes através de categorias elencadas: os objetivos, percurso metodológico, resultados e conclusões, encontradas nos estudos apontaram para a crescente investigação do tema pela comunidade acadêmica, que busca conhecer a formação do enfermeiro a partir da percepção dos estudantes acerca do perfil do egresso e fragilidades na concretização dos ideais expressos no PPP, a aproximação das concepções e orientações das Diretrizes Curriculares e do SUS, a pouca valorização da participação popular e controle social, as fragilidades permeadas por posturas dos docentes e dos discentes frente à proposta do currículo, a filosofia inovadora do currículo, a experiência e preparo do docente, desenvolvimento de competências e estratégias de ensino do pensamento crítico e prática reflexiva e inserção do egresso no mercado de trabalho. Conclui-se que as mudanças já se vislumbram e fazem parte da ruptura de valores e concepções da prática docente, elemento fundamental no atendimento às exigências contemporâneas da educação em Enfermagem. Abstract:
Performing the State of Survey methodology on the professional qualification of new nurses and on the National Curriculum Guidelines for the Nursing course was my main goal on this qualitative, indirect and documental study, based on the State of Survey methodology. On this focus, an investigation was made over the database of LILACS (Latin-American and Caribbean Literature on Sciences of Health), SCIELO (Scientific Eletronic Library Online) and BDENF (Nursery Database), themed database which is part of LILACS system, from January 2009 to July 2015. The research is elaborated from the analyses of the legal landmarks of higher education in Brazil and the understanding of the professional qualification of the nurses, emphasizing the National Curriculum Guidelines, focus of the study. Following that, the scientific productions which approach this theme within the last six years are identified; The mapping and description of the studies found are done, according to the type, the year of publishing, the place, the title and the author. The data analyses occurred through the systematization of the contents of the different sources through the categories given: the goals, methodological sequence, results and conclusions found in the studies, reveal the growing investigation of the theme, by the academic community, aiming to know the professional qualification of the nurse from different perspectives, from the perception of the students about the one who left and fragilities related to the applying of the ideals which state on the Pedagogical and Political Project, the approach on the concepts and guidance of the Curriculum Guidelines and of SUS (Common Health System), the fragilities alongside with the posture of the professors and the students on the curriculum proposition, development of abilities and strategies of teaching over analytic thought and reflexive practices and insertion of the student in the marketplace. It may be concluded that the changes can already be seen and they are part of the breaking with values and concepts of the professor, fundamental element to solve the nowadays demands of education in Nursery.
