Resumo:
A presente dissertação tem o objetivo de analisar os aspectos envolvidos entre a fragilidade e/ou rompimento de vínculos familiares e o fenômeno da população em situação de rua. Para alcançar esse propósito, foi traçado um percurso teórico-metodológico, tendo como base estudos bibliográficos e pesquisa de campo, realizada através da utilização da metodologia da história oral. Para tanto, foram analisadas as narrativas de quatro sujeitos, que se encontravam em situação de rua no município de Caucaia – Ceará. Diante deste cenário, a pesquisa possibilitou a compreensão de que o fenômeno da população em situação de rua possui múltiplas determinações, mas que o rompimento e/ou fragilidade dos vínculos familiares possuem forte relação com a ida e/ou permanência destes indivíduos nas ruas. Assim, ao analisar a totalidade desta pesquisa, evidenciou-se que o modo de viver destes sujeitos revela suas estratégias de sobrevivência, diante de um contexto de inúmeras violações de direitos. A pesquisa também revelou o quanto as políticas públicas, voltadas para essa população, ainda precisam evoluir no atendimento as diversas demandas deste segmento social. Palavras-chave: Família. Abstract:
This thesis aims to analyze the issues involved between fragility and / or disruption of family ties and the population of the phenomenon on the streets. To achieve this purpose, it was drawn a theoretical and methodological approach, based on bibliographic studies and field research, achieved by the use of oral history methodology. Therefore, the narratives were analyzed from four subjects, who were in the streets in the municipality of Caucaia - Ceará. In this scenario, the study allowed us to understand that the population of the phenomenon on the streets has multiple determinations, but the disruption and / or fragility of family bonds have a strong relationship with the trip and / or stay of these individuals on the streets. Thus, when analyzing all of this research it became clear that the way of life of these subjects reveal their survival strategies, before a backdrop of numerous rights violations. The survey also revealed how public policies aimed at this population, still need to evolve in meeting the diverse demands of this social segment. Keywords: Family. People on the streets .
