LAR NADA DOCE LAR: A VIOLÊNCIA DOMÉSTICA CONTRA A MULHER NUMA PERSPECTIVA SOCIOJURÍDICA

Es t e trabalho discute o tema violência doméstica con tra a mulher como resultado da construção histórica e cultural das relações de gênero e da dominação masculina, herança do patriarcado ainda fortemente presente na sociedade contemporânea. Através de uma revisão de literatura sobre o tema e d a análise docu mental de processos criminais envolvendo conflitos domésticos buscou se compreender como o ambiente doméstico tem servido de espaço privilegiado à prática da violência contra a mulher . Utilizou se a metodologia qualitativa contextualiza ndo as falas das mul heres em situação de violência e dos agressores no quadro de discussão sobre as categorias gênero, violência doméstica e políticas públicas. A violência doméstica é a forma mais visível de violência contra a mulher. Embora ainda persista a tentativa de tr atá la como um problema privado, sua elevação à esfera pública tem favorecido ações da sociedade e do Estado voltadas para o enfrentamento dessa forma cruel de violência que ainda atinge milhares de mulheres em todo o mundo. Conclui se que as relações de g ênero construídas com base nas diferenças anatômicas entre os sexos e na divisão do trabalho produziram a desigualdade entre homens e mulheres, ocultando a mulher da esfera política. Essa diferença ainda é fortemente reproduzida pela família, pela mídia e pelas escolas, ancorada n a ideologia machista ainda presente na sociedade. Reafirmou se a necessidade da intervenção do poder público no enfrentamento d o problema da violência doméstica através da implementação de políticas públicas de reconhecimento das d esigualdades e redistribuição, garantindo às mulheres o igual acesso aos bens materiais e simbólicos da sociedade, aliad o a um trabalho conjunto sociedade/Estado na desconstrução dos estereótipos de gênero. Abstract:
This paper discusses the issue of domestic violence against women as the result of the historical and cultural construction of gender relations and m ale dominance, patriarchal inheritance, still very present in contemporary society. Based on a literature review on the topic, as well as document analysis of criminal cases involving domestic conflicts, we sought to understand how the home environment has been the predominant space when it comes to domestic violence. We used a qualitative methodology, and tried to contextualize the testimonies of victims and perpetrators in the discussion board on the categories of gender, domestic violence, and public pol icy. Domestic violence is the most visible form of violence against women. Although some still try to treat it as a private matter, its elevation to the public sphere has strengthened actions from society and the state, aimed at coping with this cruel form of violence, which still affects thousands of women around the world. It was concluded that gender relations built around the anatomical differences between the sexes, as well as on the division of labor, produced inequality between men and women, which k ept women away from the political sphere. This difference is still reproduced within families, the media and schools, rooted in the macho ideology which is still present in society. This reaffirmed the necessity of government intervention in dealing with t he problem of domestic violence through the implementation of public policies for the recognition of inequality and the need for redistribution, ensuring that women have equal access to symbolic and material goods, together with a joint effort between soci ety and the state in the deconstruction of gender stereotypes. For this reason, studies that focus on this subject are of the utmost importance. Keywords : Gender Domestic violence Public policy.
