A HISTÓRIA DA EDUCAÇÃO FÍSICA NO MUNICÍPIO DE ICÓ-CE: (RE)CONSTITUIÇÃO DA PRÁTICA DOCENTE NAS ESCOLAS (1946-1983)

estudo utilizou fontes orais, por meio da entrevista temática (com caráter de História Oral), com 5 professoras e 1 professor que vivenciaram e/ou observaram a prática de Educação Física durante o período demarcado. Os relatos dos docentes foram entrelaçados com as análises de documentos nacionais, institucionais e pessoais. As condições éticas da pesquisa foram garantidas com base nas normas da resolução do Conselho Nacional de Saúde nº 510/2016. Como resultado da pesquisa, constatamos que os marcos iniciais da Educação Física inserida na matriz curricular nas escolas de Icó, foram detectados a partir do ano de 1946, com essa disciplina fazendo parte do Curso Normal do Colégio Senhor do Bonfim. Durante o período assinalado, não tivemos professores formados em nível superior na área específica de Educação Física e havia uma predominância nas escolas dessas aulas serem ofertadas em turno contrário ao dos outros componentes curriculares e as turmas eram formadas por sexo. Constatamos ainda que, de meados dos anos 1940 até final dos 1950, eram práticas fundamentadas no método de ginástica francês (atividades de corrida, saltos, marchas, atividades com bola, com bandeirinhas, alguns esportes, atividades que envolviam a valorização dos símbolos nacionais); dos anos de 1960 e meados dos anos de 1970, evidenciamos as práticas mais constantes de exame médico biométrico, exames práticos, preparação para os desfiles cívicos, marchas, dança, carimbada, exercícios calistênicos e práticas esportivas; do final dos anos de 1970 a início de 1980, identificamos a perpetuação dessas práticas, porém o esporte (voleibol, atletismo, futebol) ganhou mais espaço, inclusive com preparação para competições. O estudo realizado, de cunho historiográfico, contribuiu com o campo cientifico de produções nessa área da Educação Física, especificamente, no desbravamento dessa disciplina pelo interior nordestino.

Abstract:
Observing at the history of the Physical Education from the productions of the national bibliography, mainly, those concentrated in the big urban centers, is lose sight of the studies of the different social realities that composed the set of the country. It is noticeable scientifically that still exist a lack of studies about the history of Physical Education in cities in the inland, specifically, in the northeast region. Thus, this dissertation aims to comprehend the history of Physical Education at schools in Icó – CE, emphasizing the (re)constitution of the teaching practice, in the period of 1946 to 1983. The temporal cut of the study was from discovery of two local school documents about Physical Education. Justifying the starting point, we find a notebook of planning of 1946 of a normal student at Colégio Senhor do Bonfim and establishing the end point, the diary of classes of 5th grade (A and B) and 6th grade (A) at elementary school teacher Lourdes Costa. The methodological field of investigation is supported in qualitative approach and in method of the historical research. The study used oral sources, through of a thematic interview (with character of oral history), with 5 female teachers and 1 man teacher that lived and\or observed the practice in Physical Education during the marked period. The teacher‟s reports were associated with analysis of national, institutional and personal documents. The etic conditions of the research were guaranteed based in the norms of the resolution by Conselho Nacional de Saúde nº 510/2016. As result of the research, we verify that the starting points of the Physical Education inserted in the curriculum at schools in Icó, was detected from 1946, with this subject in the Normal Course at Colégio Senhor do Bonfim. During the marked period, not have teacher formed in superior level in the specific area of Physical Education and that existed a predominance at schools, of these classes to be offered in another turn, different of others subjects, and the classes separated according to genres. we also found that from mid of 1940 until final of 1950 were practices substantiated in the French fitness method (racing activity, jumps, marches, activities with ball, with flags, some sports, activities that involve the valorization of the national symbols); from 1960 and mid 1970, we evidence the practices more constants of medical biometric exam, practical exams, preparation to civic parades, marches, dances, stamped, callisthenic exercises and sports practices; from final of 1970 to begin 1980, we identified the perpetuation of this practices, but that sport (volleyball, athletics, football) gained more space in the classes, inclusive with preparation to competitions. The historiographical study contributed with the scientific field of production in this area of Physical Education, specifically, in the dismantling of this discipline by the northeastern interior.
