Resumo:
O estudo insere-se na intersecção do campo da Saúde Mental com as Ciências Sociais, e ser-ve-se deste profícuo diálogo para abordar questões referentes à População em situação de rua, numa perspectiva sistêmica. A pesquisa objetiva apreender as representações sociais dos Pro-fissionais de saúde elaboradas, em relação à População em situação de rua (PSR) do CAPS AD da SER III; bem como, compreender como enfrentam no cotidiano laboral os questiona-mentos sobre a subjetividade, acolhimento e intersetorialidade do público em questão. No tocante ao traçado metodológico a pesquisa fundamenta-se na teoria das representações soci-ais, sua natureza é por excelência qualitativa. No que condiz os sujeitos de análise, elegeu-se uma amostra de quinze Profissionais de saúde do CAPS AD da SER III que acompanham os pacientes que tem perfil de População em situação de rua (PSR). Como instrumentos de coleta de dados, utilizou-se entrevista semi estruturada bem como o diário de campo que é um ins-trumental de extrema importância. A análise das entrevistas realizou-se por meio do Discurso do Sujeito Coletivo (DSC) de Lefebvre (2005) que dentre as etapas está à identificação das expressões chaves, ideias centrais, ancoragens, culminando no discurso do sujeito coletivo (DSC) final. As representações sociais dos participantes apreendidas são expressas e discuti-das em quatro agrupamentos: Acolhimento, Intersetorialidade, Estigma e Subjetividade. Por-tanto, urge a necessidade de se efetivar as políticas públicas levando em consideração o perfil da PSR, sendo a formação dos valores, reinserção social, práticas educativas adequadas pre-missas básicas para a efetivação das mesmas.

Abstract:
This study belongs to the intersection of the field of Mental Health with the Social Sciences , and serves up this fruitful dialogue to address issues of the homeless population in a systemic perspective. The research aims to understand the social representations of health professionals regarding the homeless population CAPS AD SER III , as well as understand the labor face the everyday questions about subjectivity, hosting and intersectionality of the homeless popu-lation ( PSR ). Regarding the methodological stroke research is based on the theory of social representations , is by its nature qualitative excellence. In that matches the subject of analysis, was elected a sample of 15 health professionals CAPS AD SER III accompanying patients must Population Profile in the streets ( PSR ). As instruments for data collection , we used semi- structured interviews and the field diary which is an instrumental of utmost importance. The data analysis was performed using the Collective Subject Discourse (CSD ) Lefevre (2005 ) that among the steps is the identification of key expressions, central ideas, anchors, culminating in the discourse of the collective subject (DSC) end. Social representations of participants seized are expressed and discussed in four group: Home, Intersectoral , Stigma and Subjectivity. Therefore , there is urgent need to enforce the public policies taking into account the profile of the PSR, and the formation of value, social reintegration , educational practices appropriate basic premises for the realization of the same.
