Resumo:
O Estrupo enquanto violência contra a mulher, apresenta-se como um fenômeno social, desta forma o conhecimento acerca deste tema torna-se relevante, inclusive no que se refere a construção de Políticas Públicas que têm como premissa o enfretamento ao estupro. Este estudo tem como objetivo analisar o atendimento ofertado as mulheres vítimas de estupro pela Rede de Atendimento as Mulheres Vítimas da Violência. Buscamos analisar esse atendimento a partir das percepções das profissionais que atuam nesta referida Rede. Para tanto, a pesquisa possui caráter qualitativo, alicerçada no levantamento bibliográfico e documental. Além disso, foi feita uma pesquisa de campo com base nas técnicas de observação simples e entrevista semiestruturada. Este estudo foi realizado em dois equipamentos que fazem parte da Casa da Mulher Brasileira, o primeiro é o Centro de Referência da Mulher Francisca Clotilde (CRM) e o segundo a Delegacia de Defesa da Mulher de Fortaleza (DDM). Com a finalidade de entender como as profissionais que compõem estes órgãos compreendem o estupro e seus efeitos sociais. Para a análise e construção dos dados procuramos entender as especificidades da profissão exercida pelas interlocutoras, bem como seu cotidiano profissional, tendo em vista a realidade do equipamento em que elas estão inseridas. Sinalizamos que há fragilidades nos atendimentos ofertados as mulheres vítimas do estupro, como também complexas e contraditórias percepções sobre o indivíduo que comete o crime do estupro e as análises sobre este crime.

Abstract:
The Struggle as violence against women, presents itself as a social phenomenon, in this way the knowledge about this subject becomes relevant, including in what concerns the construction of Public Policies that have as premise the confrontation to the rape. This study aims to analyze the care offered to women victims of rape by the Network of Assistance to Women Victims of Violence. We seek to analyze this service based on the perceptions of professionals working in this Network. For this, the research has a qualitative character, based on the bibliographical and documentary survey. In addition, a field survey was conducted based on simple observation techniques and semi-structured interviews. This study was carried out in two equipments that are part of the House of Brazilian Women, the first one is the Francisca Clotilde Women's Reference Center (CRM) and the second is the Fortaleza Women's Defense Department (DDM). With the purpose of understanding how the professionals that compose these organs understand the rape and its social effects. For the analysis and construction of the data we try to understand the specifics of the profession exercised by the interlocutors, as well as their professional daily life, considering the reality of the equipment in which they are inserted. We note that there are weaknesses in the services provided to women victims of rape, as well as complex and contradictory perceptions about the individual committing the crime of rape and analyzes of this crime.
