SABERES APRENDIDOS NO PIBID/UECE: A DOCÊNCIA DE FUTUROS PROFESSORES DE EDUCAÇÃO FÍSICA

Resumo:
Saberes aprendidos no PIBID: a docência de futuros professores de Educação Física, é um estudo que busca analisar os saberes adquiridos por licenciandos bolsistas no âmbito do subprojeto PIBID/Educação Física/UECE para sua formação inicial. Foi realizada uma pesquisa com os licenciandos bolsistas do subprojeto PIBID/Educação Física/UECE, onde como cenário tivemos a Universidade Estadual do Ceará, e para a coleta de dados foram utilizados questionários com perguntas abertas e fechadas sobre os saberes adquiridos na experiência no âmbito do PIBID. Os principais resultados apontam que a maioria dos bolsistas tem um ano e dois meses de participação no programa e com relação aos saberes aprendidos, os mais destacados foram saberes curriculares e experienciais. A concepção de docência para os bolsistas foi modificada após participarem do programa. Concluímos que o PIBID faz-se importante na formação dos bolsistas uma vez que constitui saberes relevantes a sua futura atuação profissional. Propomos que o programa continue, para que as gestões tenham conhecimento de sua importância e que os profissionais divulguem suas pesquisas para frisar tamanha importância. Palavras-chave: PIBID. Abstract:
The things learned in the PIBID: the teaching or future professors of Physical Education, it's a study that the point is analyze the knowledge by the scholarships holders in the area of the subproject PIBID/Physical Education/UECE to they initial formation. Was realized a reach with the scholarships holders of the subproject PIBID/Physical Education/UECE where as a set we had the State University of Ceará, and for the collect of information was used questionnaire with open and closed questions about the things learned in the area of PIBID. The principal‟s results point that the most of the scholarship holders have one year and two months of participation in the program and with relation to the learned, the mostest highlighted was the curricular knowledge and experience. The conception of teaching to the scholarship holders was modified after they participed of the program. We concluded that the PIBID is important in the formation of the scholarship holders once that creates relevant knowledge to their professional career. We propose that the program continues, so the management will have knowledge about they importance and that the professionals spread they research‟s to emphasize such importance. Keywords: PIBID.
