O estágio curricular no processo de formação do enfermeiro na UECE

O Estágio Curricular Supervisionado é contemplado nas diretrizes curriculares nacionais, sendo parte do processo de formação do Enfermeiro. Conforme a legislação, ao final do curso, que deve ter duração mínima de quatro anos e carga horária igual ou maior à quatro mil horas, o aluno deverá realizar obrigatoriamente o estágio curricular supervisionado. Nos anos restantes do curso, fica a critério da instituição formadora a inclusão de estágio nas outras disciplinas ou a execução de aulas práticas em laboratório de habilidades. O curso de Enfermagem da Universidade Estadual do Ceará (UECE), primeiro curso de graduação em Enfermagem do Estado do Ceará, completa no ano de 2015 setenta e três anos de existência. O estágio esteve presente na construção dos currículos desde os primórdios. O objeto de investigação deste estudo é o estágio na estrutura curricular atualmente adotada no curso de Enfermagem da UECE. A demarcação temporal se dá a partir da criação da Escola de Enfermagem São Vicente de Paula (EESVP), em 1943, seguindo posteriormente à criação da UECE e vinculação do curso de Enfermagem, em 1975, promulgação das Diretrizes Curriculares Nacionais, em 2001 e criação do Projeto Político Pedagógico do curso vigente, que data do ano de 2003. O objetivo deste estudo é analisar a constituição do estágio no curso de Enfermagem da UECE, dentro do contexto de sua história e legislação de ensino no Brasil. As fontes de pesquisa utilizadas foram: o projeto político pedagógico, a matriz curricular e os programas das disciplinas com carga horária de estágio do curso de Enfermagem da UECE; a resolução da Câmara de Ensino, Pesquisa e Extensão (CEPE) da UECE; as diretrizes curriculares nacionais; a legislação de estágio do Conselho Federal de Enfermagem; a legislação de estágio vigente no Brasil. O referencial teórico metodológico se fundamenta na produção científica de Lucena (2012) e demais autores sobre estágio, desenho curricular, andragogia e aprendizagem significativa. Constatou-se que a legislação do estágio passou por modificações marcantes ao longo da história da educação brasileira e que o Curso de Enfermagem da UECE acompanhou todas as evoluções da lei, possuindo atualmente uma grade curricular que vai além do que a lei preconiza, havendo a necessidade de realinhamento dos programas disciplinares no sentido que complementar informações acerca do estágio. Fundamentados pelas teorias da educação para adultos, identificamos a necessidade de um aprimoramento da lei no sentido de estabelecer o estágio não apenas no último ano do curso, mas também nas disciplinas específicas da Enfermagem. Abstract:
The Supervised Internship is included in the national curriculum guidelines, being part of the process of formation of the Nurse. According to the legislation, at the end of the course, you must have a minimum of four years and load time equal to or greater to 4,000 hours, the student must perform the mandatory curricular supervised. In the remaining years of the course, is at the discretion of the institution forming the inclusion of training in other disciplines or the execution of practical lessons in skills lab. The Nursing course of UECE, first degree course in nursing in the State of Ceará, complete this year seventy-three years of existence. The stage was present in the construction of curricula from the earliest. The object of this study is to research the training curriculum structure currently adopted in the course of nursing UECE. The demarcation of the temporal from the creation of the school of nursing Are Vicente de Paula (EESVP), in 1943, following after the creation of the UECE of the course of nursing binding and, in 1975, promulgation of the national curriculum guidelines in 2001 and creation of Pedagogical political project of the current course, dating back to the year 2003. The aim of this study is to analyze the stage in the course of nursing UECE, within the context of its history and educational legislation in Brazil. The sources used were: the pedagogical political project, the curriculum and the programs of the disciplines with a schedule of training of nursing course UECE; the resolution of the Board of teaching, research and extension (CEPE) UECE; the national curriculum guidelines; the legislation of the Federal Council of nursing internship; the current stage legislation in Brazil. The theoretical methodology is based on the scientific production of Lucena (2012) and other authors on stage, curriculum design, andragogy and meaningful learning. It was noted that the legislation has undergone significant modifications stage throughout the history of the Brazilian education and the course of Enfemagem of all the developments accompanied UECE law, having currently a curriculum that goes beyond what the law calls for, the need for realignment of the disciplinary programmes in order to complement information about internship. Founded by the theories of education for adults, we identified the need for an improvement of the law in order to set the stage not only in the last year of the course, but also in specific disciplines of nursing.
