TURISMO E PATRIMÔNIO CULTURAL DA CIDADE HISTÓRICA

Resumo:
Este trabalho teve por objetivo analisar o Patrimônio Cultural e o Turismo na cidade histórica de Marechal Deodoro, no Estado de Alagoas, mediante as ações desenvolvidas na atividade turística. A Pesquisa é indutiva e qualitativa. Foi apresentada uma revisão bibliográfica sobre Políticas Públicas, Patrimônio Cultural e Turismo, o que contribuiu para entender o objeto da Pesquisa. Baseou-se em levantamento bibliográfico e documental, visitas in loco para observação e registros, e entrevistas com artesã, doceira, maestros e professores de música (filarmônica Santa Cecília, Sociedade Musical Carlos Gomes, Sociedade Musical Manoel Alves de França, Filarmônica Aconchego, Sociedade Musical Nossa Senhora da Boa Viagem) e fundadores dos grupos folclóricos: Samba, pastoril, banda de pífano, baianas. E aplicação de questionário na secretaria de Turismo. Esta pesquisa constatou que a cidade de Marechal Deodoro tem um Patrimônio Cultural singular com potencialidades para atrair turistas que buscam pelo segmento cultural, porém a falta de políticas públicas integradas entre os agentes da cadeia produtiva do turismo faz com que haja uma segregação na localidade o que dificulta o sucesso do segmento de turismo cultural e a falta de sustentabilidade para com a comunidade. Ao final do trabalho encontram-se algumas propostas para melhor desenvolvimento do turismo cultural na cidade, a exemplo, da criação do inventário turístico, fórum municipal de turismo para que a comunidade, trade turístico e setor público dialoguem sobre a atividade turística, a formalização da educação patrimonial no município, entre outras. Abstract:
This study aimed to analyze the cultural heritage and tourism in the historic city of Marechal Deodoro, State of Alagoas, through the actions developed in tourism. The research is qualitative and inductive. A review on Public Policy, Cultural Heritage and Tourism which helped to understand the object of the research was presented. It was based on bibliographic and documentary, visits on the study site for observation and records, and interviews with artisan confectioner, conductors and music teachers (philharmonic Santa Cecilia, Musical Carlos Gomes Society, Musical Society Manoel Alves de França, Philharmonic Aconchego, Musical society Our Lady of Good Voyage) and founder of folk groups: Samba, pastoral, fife band, Bahia. And also questionnaires in the office of Tourism. This survey found that the city of Marechal Deodoro has a unique cultural heritage with potential to attract tourists seeking the cultural segment. But the lack of integrated public policies between the productive chain of tourism agents means that there is a segregation in the town which hinders the success of cultural tourism segment and the lack of sustainability for the community. It ends with are some proposals for better development of cultural tourism in the city, such as, the creation of the tourist inventory, municipal tourism forum for the community, tourism industry and the public sector hold discussions on tourism, formalizing heritage education in the city, among others.
