FORMAÇÃO MÉDICA PARA O SUS: UM RETRATO DA
INTEGRAÇÃO ENTRE ENSINO E SAÚDE DA FAMÍLIA

Resumo:
Este estudo, por meio de uma abordagem qualitativa, busca investigar as possíveis contribuições da integração Ensino – Estratégia Saúde da Família na formação médica dos futuros profissionais do SUS. Esta pesquisa foi desenvolvida em três Unidades de Saúde da Família do município de Fortaleza, da Secretaria Executiva Regional (SER) II, que desenvolvem atividades de ensino na graduação médica em sua rotina de trabalho. Foi utilizada a técnica de grupo focal, composta por alunos de graduação do curso de Medicina. Foram realizadas três sessões de grupo focal, em cada unidade, cada uma contemplando um objetivo específico proposto pelo estudo. Os dados foram analisados pela técnica do Discurso do Sujeito Coletivo, da qual emergiram quatro categorias: Humanização a partir da atenção primária à saúde – A estratégia saúde da família como ambiente propício ao desenvolvimento da formação médica – A importância do docente na formação médica de acordo com as necessidades do SUS – Dificuldades vivenciadas no processo formativo. A primeira categoria permitiu identificar que a experiência do contato do estudante com o paciente é essencial à construção de uma identidade profissional humanizada. Na segunda categoria verificamos que formação médica na Estratégia Saúde da Família (ESF) tem mais condições de conhecer as famílias ao longo do tempo, a situação afetiva, o significado e a repercussão do sofrimento/adoecimento para esta população. Em relação à terceira categoria, percebe-se que professores sem capacitação nas práticas pedagógicas, inerentes à profissão de professor, e a dicotomia teoria-prática dificultam a formação autônoma do conhecimento do acadêmico de Medicina e uma visão integral do indivíduo. Da quarta categoria reflete-se a necessidade em melhorar a comunicação dentro da unidade básica de saúde, qualificar os profissionais, melhorar a ambiência, intensificar a integração dos estudantes com as equipes; suprir a falta de recursos humanos no serviço, a organização do processo de trabalho por produção, ao acolhimento dos alunos por parte dos serviços e à incipiência da Educação popular em saúde nos serviços. Portanto, é primordial a inserção em cenários de práticas, como a ESF, para construção de saberes condizentes com as reais necessidades de saúde da população. Abstract:
This study, using a qualitative pproach, it searchs to investigate the possible contributions of integration Education Strategy Health of the Family in medical education of future professionals of the SUS. This research was developed in three Units of Family’s Health in Fortaleza, of Regional Executive Secretariat (SER) II, that they develop activities of education in the medical graduation in its routine of work. It was used the technique of focal group student’s graduation of Medicine’s course. Three sessions of focal group had been carried through, in each unit, each one contemplating a specific objective considered by the study. The data had been analyzed for the technique of the Collective Subject Discourse, of which four categories had emerged: Humanization from the primary attention to the health - the Strategy Health of the Family like a propitious as surrounding to the development of the medical formation – the importance of professor in medical training according to the needs of the SUS – Difficulties lived deeply in the formative process. The first category identified that the experience of contact of the student with the patient is essential to building a humane professional identity. In the second category we find that medical training in the Strategy Health of Family (ESF) it has more conditions to meet the families over time, the emotional situation, the meaning and the impact of suffering/ilness for this population. In relation to the third category, it is perceived that professors without qualification in practical pedagogical, inherent ones to the profession of professor, and the theory-practice dichotomy makes it difficult the independent formation of knowledge of academic Medicine and a comprehensive view of the individual. The fourth category reflects the need to improve communication within basic health unit, qualified the professionals, to improve the ambiênce, to intensify the integration of students with teams; to supply the lack of human resources in the service, the organization of the process of work production, the reception of students by the services and incipience of popular health education by the services. Therefore, it is essential the inclusion of practical scenarios, such as ESF, for construction of knowlegde consistent with the real health needs of the population.
