CONSTRUÇÃO DE ÁLBUM SERIADO SOBRE A PREVENÇÃO DA REINCIDÊNCIA DE GRAVIDEZ NA ADOLESCÊNCIA E SUA VALIDAÇÃO

Os recursos das tecnologias vêm sendo aplicados como uma estratégia inovadora no campo da saúde, que podem ser desenvolvidos com ferramentas simples que atraem o público alvo, que no caso em estudo, refere-se à reincidência da gravidez na adolescência. Assim, devido à importância do uso da tecnologia educativa voltado para a promoção da prevenção e cuidados de uma gravidez reincidente, o objetivo do estudo foi construir uma tecnologia educativa do tipo álbum seriado para orientação da prevenção de reincidência de gravidez na adolescência. Diante dessa proposta, o estudo foi do tipo metodológico. Para a construção do álbum seriado, o estudo foi dividido em duas etapas: construção do álbum seriado e validação do conteúdo e aparência. Na primeira etapa realizou-se uma busca nas bases de dados LILACS e MEDLINE para composição da revisão de literatura que embasou os temas e subtemas que seriam tratados no álbum. Posteriormente foram criadas as imagens e definido o layout da tecnologia junto ao profissional de comunicação social e construção da primeira versão da tecnologia. Para o processo de validação foram convidados juízes técnicos e especialistas contabilizando um total de oito juízes, que avaliaram a tecnologia a partir de um instrumento orientador. O projeto foi aprovado pelo Comitê de Ética em Pesquisa da Universidade Estadual do Ceará (UECE), sob Parecer nº 2.421.805/2017. A tecnologia baseou-se em cinco temas, relacionadas a aceitação da gravidez e estado emocional, participação do parceiros e apoio famílias, conhecimento sobre o parto, dificuldades binômio e escola projeto de via. A versão preliminar do álbum seriado foi avaliada pelos juízes como adequada e recebeu um índice de validação de conteúdo (IVC) global de 0,85, sendo então considerado um instrumento viável o qual pode ser utilizado para instruir as adolescentes sobre uma gravidez precoce. As sugestões propostas pelos juízes serão consideradas para ajustes e versão final do álbum seriado. Espera-se que a tecnologia seja adotada por profissionais da atenção primária e secundária com o intuito de promover conhecimento e impactar na diminuição da reincidência na gravidez.

Abstract:
The resources of the technologies have been applied as an innovative strategy in the field of health, which can be developed with simple tools that attract the target public, which in this case, refers to the recidivism of teenage pregnancy. Thus, due to the importance of the use of educational technology aimed at promoting the prevention and care of a recurrent pregnancy, the objective of the study was to construct an educational technology of the serial album type to guide the prevention of recidivism of pregnancy in adolescence. Before this proposal, the study was of the methodological type. For the construction of the serial album, the study was divided into two stages: serial album construction and validation of content and appearance. In the first stage a search was made in the LILACS and MEDLINE databases for composition of the literature review that based the themes and sub-themes that would be treated in the album. Subsequently, the images were created and the layout of the technology was established with the social media professional and construction of the first version of the technology. For the validation process, technical judges and experts were invited, counting a total of eight judges, who evaluated the technology from a guiding instrument. The project was approved by the Research Ethics Committee of the State University of Ceará (UECE), under Opinion Nº. 2.421.805/2017. The technology was based on five themes, related to acceptance of pregnancy and emotional state, participation of partners and support families, knowledge about childbirth, binomial difficulties and school path project. The preliminary version of the serial album was judged by judges to be adequate and received a global content validation index (IVC) of 0.85, and is therefore considered a viable instrument which can be used to instruct adolescents about an early pregnancy. The suggestions proposed by the judges will be considered for adjustments and final version of the serial album. It is expected that the technology will be adopted by primary and secondary care professionals in order to promote knowledge and impact in reducing recurrence in pregnancy.
