Resumo:
Este artigo objetiva conhecer sobre algumas teorias que revelam os motivos pelos
quais os indivíduos realizam uma ação. Utilizado como base para conhecimento das
informações sobre empreendedorismo feminino, os relatos feitos pelas próprias
candidatas ao Prêmio SEBRAE Mulher de Negócios, do estado do Ceará. Visando
desta forma identificar os motivos que incentivaram as mulheres da Região
Metropolitana de Fortaleza a empreender.

Abstract:
This article aims to know about some theories that reveal the reasons why individuals
perform na action. Used as a basis for knowledge of information on female
entrepreneurship, the reports made by the candidates themselves to the SEBRAE
Business Woman Award, the state of Ceará. In order to identify the motives that
encouraged women in the metropolitan region of Fortaleza to undertake.
