EDUCAÇÃO PROFISSIONAL NO ENSINO MÉDIO INTEGRADO: AS EXPERIÊNCIAS JUVENIS

Resumo:
Esta pesquisa é resultado de algumas experiências vivenciadas ao longo da atuação como educadora e coordenadora escolar no Ensino Médio, sobre a educação profissional efetivada no estado do Ceará e as experiências juvenis dos egressos da Escola Estadual de Educação Profissional Maria José Medeiros no ano de 2014. Eu questionava acerca do ingresso dos jovens à universidade e ao mercado de trabalho, cujo problema central justifica o objetivo dessa pesquisa: compreender as trajetórias vivenciadas pelos jovens egressos da educação profissional e suas reverberações ao acesso à educação profissional por intermédio da política do Ensino Médio Integrado (EMI) proporcionado aos jovens. A fim de desvelar esse objetivo, foram utilizados na construção do referencial teórico documentos oficiais tais como leis e decretos que estabelecem a educação básica e profissional a fim de orientar acerca da política educacional e a lógica de formulação e implementação das Escolas Estaduais de Educação Profissional – EEEP. Também utilizei questionários e entrevistas com jovens egressos do EMI. Esta pesquisa qualitativa utilizou o estudo de caso como forma de investigação, que desde a inter-relação da documentação legal e institucional com os questionários e entrevistas pode compor os dados da pesquisa. Para amparar as discussões suscitadas dialogou-se com os autores Frigotto (2005), Ramos (2005), Ciavatta (2005), dentre outros que discutem sobre concepções de Ensino Médio Integrado à Educação Profissional e defendem a formação integrada como proposta e como possibilidade de reverter o problema da dualidade estrutural do ensino. Os jovens egressos visualizaram o EMI como uma instituição de educação com melhores condições de ensino entre as escolas públicas para atendê-los, identificando-o como importante aliado para o aprendizado, além de “ter algo a mais no currículo”, no caso um curso técnico profissional, com possibilidades de rápida inserção no mercado de trabalho e na universidade. Esse estudo permite refletir criticamente sobre políticas públicas educacionais destinadas ao público jovem menos favorecido economicamente desde suas carências e anseios. Abstract:
This research is the result of the sum of uneasinesses emerged during my career as an educator and coordinator of a high school, regarding the current professional education in the state of Ceará and the experiences of the graduates of the State School of Professional Education Maria José Medeiros in 2014.The doubts occasion curiosity regarding the admission to university and the market place of *which the central problem justifies this research, to get to know the trajectories traced by the graduates in face of the contemporary reality and to comprehend the reverberations of the access to professional education under the Highschool police integrated in the lives of these youngsters. In order to fully comprehend this objective were utilized in the construction of the theoretical referential official documents as such, as laws and decrees that establish both the base and the professional education with the purpose of guiding about the educational politics and the logic of formulation and implementation of the Professional Education School - EEEP. Questionnaries and enterviews with EMI young graduates were also utilized. This qualitative research utilized the case study as an investigation form, questionnaires and interviews as the instrument and gathering of data that after obtained were organized in the form of tables and graphs for then to be analyzed in concord with the research theme and dialogue established with the authors. This study has the intention of discussing trajectories for the routing of public policies destined to the young public, of which recognize it's needs and yearnings. To organize the theoretical reference of the research, dialogues were made with authors Frigotto (2005), Ramos (2005), Ciavatta (2005), among others that discuss the concepts of the high school integrated towards professional education and defend the integrated formation as proposal and as the possibility to reverse the problem with the structural duality of the teaching. The young graduates visualized the EMI as an institue of education with higher teaching standards among other public schools to attend them, identifying the integrated system as an important ally for their learning experience, other than "just having one more thing in their curriculum", *a professional techinical course*, with the possiblity of immediate insertion in the job market and in the university. This study enables critical reflections of the public educacional politics destined to the less economically fortunate youth from their needs and desires. Keywords: Integrated High School.
