Resumo:
É notório que a motivação e qualidade de vida no trabalho (QVT) presente no cotidiano do servidor são ferramentas que bem utilizadas podem potencializar os resultados dos trabalhos propostos dentro da Instituição de maneira bastante positiva. O presente trabalho tem como objetivo geral compreender a importância da qualidade de vida dos servidores da Escola Maria Eneida Soares Peixoto, e qual o nível dessa interefencia pode contribuir para que a equipe venha a enfrentar de maneira equilibrada os desafios que irão surgir ao longo do ano letivo. O trabalho academico também ultilizou de uma pesquisa bibliográfica para um embasamento teórico sobre o assunto motivação e qualidade de vida dos trabalhadores da referida Instituição. O método utilizado partiu de uma pesquisa bibliográfica, exploratória e qualitativa e coleta de dados que ocorreu através da aplicação de um questionário, tais dados foram analisados de maneira textual e através de gráficos,participaram desse processo de coleta de informações onze servidores. Durante o desenvolvimento da pesquisa, notou que a grande maioria dos servidores encontram-se desmotivados em relação a sua remuneração, pois acreditam que necessiatariam de serem melhor remunerados, esse fator da remuneração foi visto como um desmotivador dos mesmos. Foi observado que o relacionamento entre os servidores e os gestores da Instituição apresentam um grau satisafório, porém, há uma necessidade de implementar politícas de incentivo e motivação para os servidores que fazem parte do quadro de serviços gerais, os mesmos sentem uma certa dificuldade de relacioanamento com os demais.Ao concluir todo trabalho percebeu-se que o setor público, necessita de investir cada vez mais em capacitações motivacionais tanto para os gestores quanto para os servidores.
It is well known that the motivation and quality of life at work (QWL) present in the daily life of the server are tools that can be used to enhance the results of the proposed work within the institution in a very positive way. The present work has as general objective to understand the importance of the quality of life of the Maria Eneida Soares Peixoto School employees, and the level of this interdepence can contribute to the team to face in a balanced way the challenges that will arise during the year School The academic work also used a bibliographical research for a theoretical basis on the subject motivation and quality of life of the workers of said Institution. The method used was based on a bibliographic, exploratory and qualitative research and data collection that occurred through the application of a questionnaire, such data were analyzed in a textual way and through graphics, eleven servers participated in this information collection process. During the research development, he noticed that the great majority of the employees are unmotivated in relation to their remuneration, since they believe that they would need to be better remunerated, this remuneration factor was seen as a demotivator of the same ones. It was observed that the relationship between the servers and the managers of the Institution present a satisfactory degree, however, there is a need to implement policies of incentive and motivation for the employees that are part of the general services framework, they feel a certain difficulty of relationship With the others. Upon completing all work it was realized that the public sector needs to invest more and more in motivational capacities for both managers and servers.
