As empresas que fornecem matérias prima para a construção civil transfiguraram-se como um dos maiores utilizadores de recursos naturais e o resultado destas situações dar-se os resíduos procedentes dessas atividades, logo deixam de ser recursos onde são modificados pelo ser humano para remediar uma necessidade do setor da indústria de construção, sucedendo dessa forma, no desenvolvimento econômico de uma plaga. A deferência ao meio ambiente e o início da penúria dos recursos naturais têm levado à indagação por resultados que ofereçam o desenvolvimento, porém com o crescimento sustentável, são vistos resíduos deixados de forma desordenada e desregrada em locais clandestinos, tais como acostamentos, rodovias e nas diversas ruas dos municípios. Por conta dessas situações buscou-se realizar um diagnóstico do município de Beberibe/CE , verificando a urgência de um Plano Integrado para adequação do município frente à Resolução nº 307 do CONAMA, aprovada em 05/07/2002, estabelecendo diretrizes, critérios e procedimentos para a Gestão dos Resíduos da Construção Civil , já que esta é uma cadeia de responsabilidade do local que juntamente à Política Nacional de Resíduos Sólidos, de 2010, estabelecem mecanismos de controle destes resíduos nos municípios, atribuindo a responsabilidade compartilhada aos geradores, transportadores, destinatários e gestores municipais quanto ao gerenciamento e para o correto local e forma de deposição dos resíduos. Logo, mediante o que fora visto, foi desenvolvido no município de Beberibe/CE entrevista individual com questionário presencial, abordando perguntas objetivas e muito claras 50 munícipes nas ruas e secretarias municipais a ponto de indagar a situação atual relacionado a Gestão dos Resíduos Sólidos da Construção Civil, enfatizando as questões ambientais que precisam serem levadas mais a sério e sem deixar de lado o enfoque na redução, reutilização e reciclagem dos resíduos sólidos, bem como um estudo de locais para mapear possíveis espaços para a deposição , onde posteriormente será apresentado uma proposta valida abordando diretrizes a ponto de adequar às realidades locais. Todavia, servirá de suporte para a formulação de ferramentas aplicáveis no auxílio do poder público na gestão de resíduos da construção civil com interesse na contribuição e preservação do meio ambiente.

The companies that supply raw materials for the construction industry have transfigured themselves as one of the biggest users of natural resources and the result of these situations give themselves the residues coming from these activities, soon cease to be resources where they are modified by the human being to remedy a necessity of the sector of the construction industry, thus succeeding in the economic development of a pest. The deference to the environment and the beginning of the scarcity of natural resources have led to the search for results that offer the development, but with the sustainable growth, we see waste left in a disorganized and unregulated way in clandestine places, such as roads, highways and several streets of the municipalities. Due to these situations, a diagnosis was made of the municipality of Beberibe / CE, verifying the urgency of an Integrated Plan for adequacy of the municipality against Resolution 307 of CONAMA, approved on 05/07/2002, establishing guidelines, criteria and procedures for the Management of Civil Construction Waste, since this is a chain of responsibility of the site that together with the National Solid Waste Policy of 2010, establish mechanisms to control this waste in municipalities, assigning shared responsibility  to generators, transporters, recipients and municipal managers as to the management and to the correct place and form of waste disposal. Therefore, through what was seen, it was developed in the municipality of Beberibe / CE an individual interview with a face-to-face questionnaire, approaching objective and very clear questions 50 citizens in the streets and municipal secretariats in order to investigate the current situation related to the Management of Solid Waste of Construction Emphasizing the environmental issues that need to be taken more seriously and without neglecting the focus on the reduction, reuse and recycling of solid waste, as well as a study of locations to map possible spaces for deposition, where later a proposal will be presented validated by addressing guidelines that are appropriate to local realities. However, it will support the formulation of tools applicable to the public power in the management of construction waste with interest in the contribution and preservation of the environment.
